Bahan2:
- an apple mangoes in mayang fine
- Brazilian spinach spinach
- 8 pieces of cilipadi
- 2 BIG CHILI
- 4 Review of red onion
- belacan as big as a mother
- Scar Coconut Rm1
- Coconut Milk Rm1
- fist shrimp (I mixed with yellow and orange)
- Aji salt sugar
How to:
Punch Cilipadi, big chili, belacan, seulas red onion and grated coconut, Gaul all the ingredients with mangoes, Brazilian Spinach (Brazilian spinach if you want to slice it for small also can) shrimp fist, red onion and coconut milk... taste it with salt Aji sugar... no need to put asam because we have mangoes, Brazilian spinach doesn't need to be deep we make raw to taste the crispy.... easy not 😄... hopefully it will be useful for all 😘😘😘

As a child I remember vividly memories of roast dinners. that fragrant smell of baked root vegetables, sweet aroma of dripping fats and rich gravies that ends with us children having ice cream n jelly in big white bungalows in Sembawang, Singapore... and of course cold winter days in Christchurch where my sisters or my niece would go into great effort in making wonderful spread of a roast dinner complete with biscuits n gravy or Yorkshire pudding. The house automatically warms up with joy and happiness. Those were great memories and I am blessed to have not just a mother who is a good cook. But also sisters and nieces who are magicians in the kitchen.. I can’t remember have I ever told them enough how blessed and thankful I am for the effort, love and hard work they each put in behind that kitchen door.
I honestly love my rice and sambal more now. But once and a while I do enjoy a good roast and visiting those good old winter days.. so for today’s recipe. A homage to my sisters and niece , today I cooking “Roast Leg of Lamb” •

カリフラワーでステーキ
4人分
材料:
カリフラワー 大1個
オリーブオイル 大さじ4
レモン汁 大さじ2
乾燥バジル 小さじ1
乾燥オレガノ 小さじ1
タイム 小さじ1
ローズマリー 小さじ1
オニオンパウダー 小さじ1
にんにく(みじん切り) 2片
塩 適量
コショウ 適量
作り方:
1. オーブンを200°Cに予熱する。
2. 包丁でカリフラワーの葉を切り落とし、芯部分を下にしてまな板におく。
3. 左右を切り落とし、4等分にスライスする。洗って乾かす。
4. 小さめのボウルにオリーブオイル、レモン汁、バジル、オレガノ、タイム、ローズマリー、オニオンパウダー、ガーリック、塩、コショウを入れて混ぜ合わせる。
5. クッキングシートを敷いた天板にスライスしたカリフラワーを並べ、(4)を刷毛で塗る。
6. 柔らかくなるまで、オーブンで25分程焼く。(途中で一度裏返す)
7. オーブンから取り出してさらに盛り付けたら、完成!
そのまま召し上がっても美味しいし、お好みでアレンジもおすすめ!
バーベキューソースやマッシュルームソースをかけてポテトやレンズ豆を添える、またはバジルソースとパプリカを一緒にパンに挟んでサンドイッチにしても美味しい♪
Cauliflower Steaks
for 4 servings
Ingredients:
1 large head cauliflower
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon fresh thyme
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1 teaspoon onion powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Remove the green leaves from the cauliflower stem with a knife.
3. Place the cauliflower core-down on a cutting board and trim 2 sides so they become flat.
4. Cut the cauliflower in half and then cut each half in two to get 4 “steaks”.
5. Rinse and dry the cauliflower steaks.
6. In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, basil, oregano, thyme, rosemary, onion, and garlic, plus salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
7. Place the cauliflower steaks on the baking sheet and brush generously with the oil mixture.
8. Bake for about 25 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender.
9. Serve as desired, such as on a sandwich with pesto and red pepper, or with barbecue sauce and roasted potatoes, or with vegan mushroom gravy and lentils.
10. Enjoy!

全蛋麵一個300克 300g Egg noodles
70克韮黃(切兩寸長)70g Chinese chives
20克紅蘿蔔絲(切3寸長)20g shredded carrots
一隻新鮮冬菇 1 shiitake mushroom
梅頭瘦肉100克 100g pork
200毫升油 200ml oil
䇜汁 Gravy:
一湯匙蠔油 1tbsp oyster sauce
一茶匙生粉 1 tsp potato starch
半茶匙糖 1/2tsp sugar
¾茶匙鹽 3/4 tsp salt
一湯匙油 1tbsp oil
半茶匙麻油 1/2 tsp sesame oil
兩茶匙生粉加兩湯匙水 2tsp potato starch in 2tbsp water

¼茶匙糖 1/4 tsp sugar
¼茶匙鹽 1/4 tsp salt
半茶匙生粉 1/2 tsp potato starch
