If you ask me what else is good in Kajang, this Nasi Dulang would be in my list. While the dishes are pretty ordinary, the sambals provided are prepared with care which simply turn something normal into something extraordinary.

For seafood lovers the seafood dulang (Saturdays and Sundays only) is worth a shot as it's served in huge portion and reasonably priced below RM20. The only thing I didn't quite like about it was the rather sweet tasting sauce, if it was made spicier it would have been awesome.

But if you can't take spicy food then I think it will suit your taste.

【Nasi Dulang Daun Pisang Khadijah Kitchen😍】

Khadijah Kitchen adalah restoran yang berkonsepkan makanan atas dulang beralas daun pisang. Menu mereka ringkas. 👌

Hidangan utama set dulang termasuk ayam/ayam kampung, itik, ikan keli, ikan kembung, ikan talapia merah dan ikan bawal. Ayam dan itiknya diperap dengan 6 jenis gabungan rempah sebelum digoreng manakala ikan-ikannya diperap dengan kunyit dan garam.

Semua set siap dengan nasi putih, ulam, 3 jenis sambal / sos (sambal penyet, air asam dan sambal belacan) dan kuah masak lemak cili api / kuah kari (pilih satu atau tambah 30 sen untuk kedua-dua kuah).

Yang menarik di sini adalah ikan yang diberikan dalam setiap dulang adalah seekor penuh. Jadi tak hairanlah kenapa set dulang ikan-ikan mereka popular di sini. Semuanya dibeli segar dari pasar lagi. Perut dah bergeroncang memikir set dulang ikan talapia merah mereka. 🤤

Untuk set seafood dulang, 6 jenis seafood dimasak dengan sambal tumis manis, resepi tersendiri. Untuk memastikan seafood yang diberi adalah segar, set seafood dulang ini hanya boleh didapati pada setiap hari Sabtu & Ahad sahaja.

Main dishes of tray set including chicken / village chicken, duck, catfish, bloated fish, red talapia and bawal fish. The chicken and duck are marinated with 6 types of spices before fried while the fish are marinated with turmeric and salt.

All sets are completed with white rice, ulam, 3 types of sambal / sauce (penyet sambal, sour water and sambal belacan) and gravy with lemak cili api / curry gravy (choose one or add 30 cents for both gra ..

The interesting thing here is the fish given in every tray is a full one. So no wonder why their fish tray sets are popular here. Everything bought fresh from the market again. Stomach is shaking thinking of their red talapia tray set. 🤤
