賽前一星期左右入手這雙鞋以來，訓練加比賽也跑了100公里了，快速分享一點個人關於
這雙鞋的心得。
先聲明不是葉配，鞋子是自掏腰包在三重的體育用品店買的，折扣完售價2580，這價錢以
一雙全功能訓練鞋款來說，是我可以接受的範圍。
鞋子重量8.7oz (us8)，落差6mm。官網定義為穩定型鞋款，這重量跟我以前穿過的穩定型
鞋款(e.g. Saucony Hurricane iso)來比，真的很輕，有點顛覆我的印象。
網布鞋面輕薄透氣，本來擔心那大大的logo印刷會影響透氣性，因為我玩三鐵，跑步都會
刻意挑在接近中午時跑，但幾次跑下來沒有什麼悶熱感。風大時還能感受到風真的吹進鞋
裡的涼感。
身為穩定型鞋款，它在鞋帶孔、足踝及後跟的地方有類似硬殼設計幫助包覆穩定。鞋舌也
有一定厚度，整體穿起來的感覺包覆性、舒適度都不錯。
尺寸方面算是正確（True to size)，我腳25.7公分穿us8(26cm)是合腳的。但我的腳掌沒
特別寬而這雙台灣只出2E寬楦，這點有點造成我的困擾（後續說明）。
中底Fuelcell是我買這雙鞋最大的原因。當初是為了取代Nike turbo2，試穿時感覺這雙
比較接近Zoomax那種既緩震又回彈的腳感。但實際跑起來還是有一點點差別。差別主要在
於吸收重量及回彈之間的「反應時間」（原諒我找不到更精準的詞）。
我要強調以下都是我個人的感受，沒有確切科學證據佐證，可能是大家跑姿不同、感受不
同，也可能是我腦補幻覺。
PRISM在足跟處感覺較軟，而前足才有我當初試穿時的彈性。我在Running warehouse的影
片裡聽過NB設計師介紹說，他們會因應不同鞋款改變Fuelcell的組成密度什麼的來達到不
同效果。可能是這個原因造成後跟軟、前足彈。
Zoomax的反應很快，落地、重量一壓上就能很快得到反饋。而這雙給我的感覺就是要等大
部分重量都吸收完畢後才要開始回彈。這樣的差別造成我第一次穿上它跑的時候覺得有點
拖泥帶水，納悶試穿時的q彈怎麼不見了？
後來發現這個差異（或是特性）後，跑步時微微改變前傾角度讓落地點為較靠近前中足，
感覺就好上了不少。
不過這樣的特性我認為是好的，這讓這雙鞋的用途增廣不少，快慢皆宜。至於足弓那塊穩
定塊，除了摸起來明顯硬硬的以外，跑起來沒什麼感覺。樂觀地想可能我沒什麼過度內旋
的問題吧:p
底部大約20k就有明顯磨痕。原本想說也太不耐磨，我172/65。但100k後那痕跡還是那樣
，也沒變深。這點就繼續觀察，不予置評吧。
好的講完講壞的。首先就是上面提到的2E楦真的很寬敞，前掌空蕩蕩的感覺像穿拖鞋在跑
，很沒安全感，至少這點對我而言是壞處。比賽的時候可能因為空間太大，腳趾會亂動還
怎樣，左腳鞋墊竟然整個歪出一個大空隙，跑到一半還得停下來調整，真的很無言。
再來就是鞋面的logo，比賽完拿去沖水，沒有刷喔，就看到漆剝落了。這品質有點兒「掉
漆」啊。
整體而言我會推薦這雙適合拿來當作日常訓練，從輕鬆跑到Tempo 都可勝任的多功能訓練
鞋。速度不快的朋友甚至也能拿來當比賽鞋（我就是）
而上述的壞處，如果你剛好是寬楦或腳掌很穩定的話，其實也不是問題。掉漆的話......我
個人是不太在意啦，說不定這樣還更透氣XD
