Everyone has a story to tell when it comes to food. For me, it is definitely bonding with my daughter over my cooking. It such a special moment for us to spend time together and enjoy each other’s company. One of our favourite quick meal at home is whipping up a nourishing meal using Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup. It is so delicious and simple to make that my daughter really enjoys it and it puts a smile on my face everytime.
You too can try this recipe out for yourself, all you need is to pre marinate your chicken a day before then place all the ingredients together and bake it for 25mins and you'll get a tasty, healthy meal 🤤
Baked Chicken Broccoli Recipe
Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: 25 mins
Serving size: 4 persons
Ingredients:
1 Can (300g) Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, mixed with 60ml water
Cooking oil
450g Boneless chicken thigh
150g Broccoli, cut into florets
4 pcs Cheddar cheese slice
For chicken marinade
1 tbsp Butter, melted
1 tsp Grated garlic
Salt and pepper
Method
1. Marinate chicken for 20 minutes in fridge. Coat broccoli with cooking oil. Set aside.
2. Place chicken and broccoli in a 10x10 inch oven proof dish. Pour in Campbell’s® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup and top
with cheddar cheese slices.
3. Bake in preheated oven at 160˚C for 25 minutes. Serve warm.
Chef tip: Broccoli can be replaced by cauliflower, carrot or capsicum according to personal liking.

Mealtimes made easy with our family favourite Campbell's soup! We can never go without a good hot bowl of Campbell's soup when it's especially pizza time! I sometimes love to spruce up my family meals by adding pasta and meat into the soup, so it becomes pasta soup stew! Other times, these soup becomes part of my meat chops marination and doable as a sauce when I cook them together in the Pressure cooker or air fryer!

Teringin nak makan Chicken Chop, tapi malas nak bersesak-sesak dengan orang ramai di restoran. Jadi, hari ni aku decide nak berperang di dapur dengan resipi cepat, ringkas dan sedap. Paling penting, hanya guna beberapa bahan je. Sap sap soi! Dah boleh hidang untuk family dan kawan-kawan!
RESIPI CHICKEN CHOP DENGAN SOS CENDAWAN (CAMPBELL’S CREAM OF MUSHROOM)
Masa penyediaan: 30 minit
Masa memasak: 25 minit
Hidangan: 4 orang
Bahan-bahan:
1. 1 Tin (300g) Sup Pekat Krim Cendawan Campbell’s®️ dicampur dengan ½ tin air
2. 500g Paha ayam tanpa tulang
3. 2 sudu besar Mentega
4. 1 Bawang besar dicincang halus
5. 120g Cendawan Swiss perang dihiris
6. Untuk perapan ayam, sediakan 1 sudu besar bawang putih yang dicincang halus, garam dan serbuk lada hitam
Cara Memasak
1. Perap ayam dengan bawang putih, garam dan serbuk lada hitam. Simpan dalam peti sejuk selama 20 minit.
2. Panaskan mentega di dalam kuali dan tumiskan bawang sehingga perang. Masak bahagian bawah kulit ayam selama 6-7
minit. Kemudian, terbalikkan ayam dan masak sehingga ayam masak sepenuhnya.
3. Tuangkan Sup Pekat Krim Cendawan Campbell’s®️ yang dicampur dengan sedikit air. Kemudian masukkan hirisan cendawan.
4. Renehkan selama 7-8 minit.
5. Hidangan Chicken Chop Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom bersama brocolli siap sedia untuk dihidangkan
Walaupun resipi ni simple je, aku gerenti korang akan suka. Sesuai untuk dijadikan juadah bersama family, sahabat handai dan jiran tetangga.
