9th July, I'll see you Kuching for the Spring Live Active Run. Since we have a week to go, thought i'd share how i get ready for a run. The longest I ever did was 21km and for some of you its your first! Here's how I prep :)
1. Get enough SLEEP! 7-8 HOURs
2. Hydrate!
3. Eat healthy and well!
4. Train Smart and Stretch!
5. Prep Energy gels to avoid cramping
FINALLY ENVISION THE FINISH!
Can't wait to see you all then. Our blood shall run pink on that day :)

Hey fitfam do you warm up well before any workout? I prefer doing dynamic stretches pre workout and static stretches post workout. Here are some that have helped me a lot to warm up and get the muscles ready. By the way I can't wait to see you at @thespring_kch Active Run this 9th July!
