Soo, I did some YouTube research and found 4 stretches pre run and post run that are super simple and won’t take more than 5 minutes. For those yang tak cukup masa for the full stretch, I’ll share some quick stretching tips soon! •
But of course, for extra relief and nak rasa bagus before and after ur run, apply the muscle rub before running. It feels hot against your legs but so good, macam sauna hahaha. The warm sensation soothes your muscle aches and pains and increases your blood flow. •
Seriously recommended for runners or those who are exercising. Not kidding, get yours from any nearest pharmacies 😉

@hannahonline: Barely. My typical day stretches up to 20hours on average.

I juggle between the day-to-day running of the businesses I’m involved in while trying to sneak in at least 1 home-cooked meal, a 20-minute sweat session & engagements within the creative industry (occasional events/shoots/hosting gigs).

Things I don’t compromise in my day is 1 hour in the mornings to spiritually realign myself & 2 hours at night for my #OnlineFamily (crafting/editing my daily post & responding to comments as much as I can within that time frame).

Anything beyond that just means I compromise on sleep.
It’s intense, but I’m happy.

Dream team in the works, but for now, I’m learning to trust the process & be accountable in little.
When the big guy up there thinks I’m ready, the rest will follow.

You make all the difference for me & this journey would not be the same without each and every single one of you.
