《什麼是 #術後噁心嘔吐 ？》
術後噁心嘔吐(Postoperative Nausea and Vomiting, PONV)
是指全身麻醉後24小時內出現噁心、嘔吐的情形，嚴重時可能會合併其他併發症！
以上的危險因子，大家符合多少個呢？
累積越多個，術後PONV的機率當然會更高！
在醫美診所環境中，
整形客人大多年輕、女性，
再加上如果不抽煙、又容易暈車等，其實術後噁心嘔吐的機率是不小的喔！
（當然不會鼓勵大家為了不要PONV去抽菸呀🤪）
在診所環境麻醉的這幾年，我也是累積許多經驗，而相對應的在麻醉上做更多給予麻藥和止吐藥的調整

A young lady had double eyelid surgery last year in other clinic.
She has been so unhappy and even bothered so much with sleep problems after surgery because of the poor result.
She came to Dr. Lai from other city last year, and finally had surgery done last week.
When she came back for folllow-up on postoperative day 5, she was so happy that the swelling was less severe in comparison to her first surgery ! 🤩
She is so sweet and nice to bring these lovely desserts from other city ❤️

ふくの避妊手術が来月に決まった。手術後に初めて服を着ると危ないので今から練習です。ちなみに術後服は獣医師監修のもとに作られた服です。
