Caxs’ cousin was doing Muay Thai (back in 2011) and she really wanted to try. Her father and boyfriend weren’t too keen on the idea but she went anyway and fell in love with it. She wanted to learn how to defend myself because she feels being able to protect yourself is a must for women!
Between the years 2010 to 2011, Caxs stayed out late a lot and hardly slept. She also used to think little of exercise but after she started Muay Thai, she automatically made an effort to lead a healthier lifestyle because she wanted to improve in the sport.
Caxs said: Larry Bird once said, “I’ve got a theory that if you give 100% all of the time, somehow things will work out in the end”. Just as that quote suggests, I’ve always believed that determination and hard work will get you places you want to be, so don’t give up and keep going!
