第一天先來緊急上架輕鬆居家訓練🙌🏻
這一系列都是手機快剪快拍
希望大家別嫌棄🥲

▪️深蹲 Squat
▪️弓步蹲 Split Squat.
👉🏻集中在前腳腿後屁股發力
▪️跪姿扶地挺身 Kneel and stand up
👉🏻膝蓋擺放的位子也會影響難易度🤪
▪️臀橋式 Hip bridge
▪️捲腹 Crunches
▪️反向捲腹 Reverse Crunch
以上動作都可以做15-20下 ,
共做5至6組。

本來是分享給沒有在家徒手運動過的學森🤣🤣

Post #hysterectomy first day start gym. Ini minggu keenam. So buat pelan2. Hanya strecting dan walking 🚶♀️
Punya seronok jumpa gym selepas 7 minggu ❌ exercise!
Sama jugak kalau lepas beranak secara ceaserean, jangan teruih buat heavy.
Bila kita sembagat ni memang nak buat ikut rasa dan kepala. Tapi sebenaqnya badan tak ready lagi.
1st week hanya jalan. Sampai lah minggu ke-4. Ni kalau kami lah. Low impact exercise
Bulan kedua baru tambah sikit. Nanti kami share lepas minggu ke-4.
So la ni start jalan 🚶♀️ (not even brisk walk) dulu. Test dulu ada rasa apa apa dak.
Semua senaman berkaitan abs, masih belum boleh buat
❌ no crunches
❌no reverse curl
❌ lower abs exercise
❌ no plank
✅ yoga
✅ pelvic floor exercise
✅ kegel
✅ walk
So far recovery kami Alhamdulillah okay

40-Minute Resistance Band Total Body Strength Training
Blast your whole body with this resistance band workout. Resistance band has got to be my favourite piece of fitness equipment as they are super affordable, easy to transport and extremely effective in strengthening the entire body. I travel with my resistance band wherever I go to make sure I get to workout no matter where I am! In this workout, I share with you some of my best and favourite resistance band exercises to target the larger muscles as well as smaller muscles. Plus, this is low impact so it’s suitable for everybody!
Duration: 35 Minutes
Sequence: 45 secs Workout - 15 secs Rest
