Trying to be a "mermaid" 😂 thats what this pose is called. How often do you stretch? Ill be honest I need more of it. Im glad during this time I was forced to release the tight muscles. Final yoga session with my tinkerbell @atiliaharon who led a calming class for us @underarmourmy girls. It was magical doing getting in tune with our breathe and body next to the waves.
