I would like to clarify an issue regarding an incident that happened recently about my sale of photobook to one of my buyers, Mr. Andreas Adinugraha. But first of all I would like to state that I've deleted my previous post regarding this issue, as I felt that I've written in while I was emotionally driven and it does not help in alleviating the situation. It is understood that there was a miscommunication between Andreas and I, which resulted in us being unable to contact each other for the collection of my photobook. I would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused towards him. To handle this issue and make it up to him, I've offered a refund and apologised to him in pm. I understand that my negligence is a fault on my part, and I sincerely did my best to rectify this issue. Currently, the refund has been received by Andreas, and I hope for this case to be able to come to a close. I would like to thank everyone who has bought my photobook. This incident has allowed me to learn more about how my photobook collection should be more carefully managed. I am sorry for the commotion caused. As I am hoping to solve this issue professionally, it would be appreciated if Mr Andreas could be more forgiving in conveying his intentions towards me, as I'm trying my best to let this case rest. I think it is best if issue can be settled amicably as my only intention is to give back to the people who are supportive of my works. As per my original intention, I am still ok with sending the book to Andreas if he still wants it. It will be shipped free and signed. Thank you very much.
