My first B.A. and M.A. degrees are in the field of Political Science. I thought I wanted to be in law or government.
It didn’t take me long to realise, however, that making an impact could take on different routes. One of the best ways to transform societies is to build the communities we belong to.
Each one of us plays a part in our community— the enterprises we engage with, the charities we donate our resources to, and the people we give our ears and hearts to. Building from the “ground up” is just as valuable as approaching this from “top-down.”
We may be doing “small things” now, but I know these will go a long way.

It seems rote to be sanitising and organising toys, there’s still a lot of love that goes into it. When you think about the people you care for, and impact your actions make, every small service goes a long way ❤️

They advocate for responsive care for vulnerable children in Asia, and in particular, their family centre in Sham Shui Po gives access to educational training and educational play for families in the district.
