因為我是個傷心女紙 QQ
（開玩笑的）
寫歌對我來說是一種治療負面情緒的方式。
周圍有很多人不喜歡自己有負面情緒，選擇去壓抑它們。不過我完全無法，我真的會爆炸。
分享個小故事；曾經在朝九晚五的工作上選擇去壓抑對經理的不滿。人家畢竟是經理嗎！做錯了事下面的人敢講出來還是吃虧啊（親身體驗呵呵）。當時壓力大到某一天全身長麻疹！超可怕！去檢查時說我不要那麼stress就會好。結果一辭職，就沒了～神不神奇，驚不驚喜！
我們永遠被慣俗需要擁有樂觀態度一切就會沒事的。我覺得是很toxic的BS。
對我而言，學會理解自己的負面情緒的複雜性並且接受自己會有這些情緒時，情況才會變得更好。
而且你們知道嗎，唱歌時我們會釋放內啡肽！（這個單詞我是有查一下的哦）
也就是所謂的快樂荷爾蒙！

《靈魂》是我搬回加拿大時，感到憤怒和絕望時寫的。 寫作過程真的幫助我了許多，讓我去消化當初的無奈感。不然我可能會選擇喝一大堆酒或抽菸之類的，誰知道啊！至少寫歌是個健康的出氣筒哈哈哈
其實不是不會寫開心的歌，只是現在的我需要的就是把創作當作治療的方式，所以寫出來的大部分也就是這些啦。真心謝謝大家願意聽我的日記！

'Why do you keep writing sad songs?'
Because I’m a sadgirl :(
All kidding aside, songwriting has been my way of dealing with life. I feel things intensely, so I can’t bottle it up, repress it, and go on with my day.
(Or I can repress them, and get hives breakouts all over. True story from my previous 9-5 job with PainInTheAss Manager. Spoiler alert; I quit & my skin immediately went back to normal.)
I know society often tells us that being positive will make things better. That’s such BS and so toxic lol.
Things get better for me when I learn to understand the complexity of my negative emotions AND when I’m finally ok with the fact that I have these emotions.
Did you know that singing releases endorphins? AKA happy hormones! Me belting is better than me crying = better 4 u = fun 4 me
Soul was written when I was feeling angry and hopeless when I first moved back home. The writing process helped me cope so much. Other alternatives probably would’ve been drinking and smoking, who knows. #sinner
Not that I can’t write happy songs, but as of now, I need songwriting to help me through stuff. So thanks for listening to my diary.
Longan trees almost blossom . This is beekeepers' busiest season.
With its gentle texture and rich aroma, Taiwan produces some of the best honey in the world.
Mr. Ho , a second generation beekeeper :"I have spent my entire life chasing flowers", he declares. He often loads as many as 300 hives in the back of his truck and , . He travels from town to town in search of the best bee pastures. Sometimes this leads him into the remote areas deep in the countryside. His hard work however, has not been in vain and over the years, he has won countless awards and recognition.
Natural honey has a shelf life of about 2 years; however, if the water percentage is too high, it causes fermentation and premature souring. Therefore, he keeps the water content around 18.2%.
Natural honey looks slightly cloudy. After shaking, it foams up with tiny bubbles and maintains the air bubbles for more than half hour.
He is content with his establishment and feels his greatest reward is to see the honey he produces enjoyed by others.
Detroit Hives transforms vacant lots into urban bee farms in an effort to “bring life back into the community” and educate local people about the positive impact bees have on the environment.

#急性過敏與蕁麻疹的應變措施
遇到蕁麻疹或急性過敏，要怎麼處理？
如果人在外面／國外，要怎麼應付？
急性過敏或蕁麻疹常見的原因：病毒感染、藥物過敏、海鮮、堅果、花粉、昆蟲叮咬、黴菌等等……遇過最奇妙的案例是：吃鳳梨酥而舌頭腫和癢⋯
奶爸Dr.的經驗是，季節轉換、下雨天／颱風天前後，就常會出現很多不明原因的蕁麻疹病患。
疹子可以如何處理？如果會癢，可以保持涼爽的穿著及環境，否則愈熱愈不舒服。不要熱敷，可以用涼涼的濕毛巾敷在皮膚上，可舒緩癢感。
除了皮膚癢以外，還有什麼症狀呢？包括：眼睛中、嘴唇腫脹，嚴重的話會有呼吸困難（因氣管收縮）
「可是他以前吃過/碰過XXX, 都不會有任何問題呀！怎麼會這樣？」
奶爸說故事的時間到了，有一個患者的親身經歷：一位媽媽在國外機場的餐廳，吃海鮮意大利麵，一個小時後開始皮膚癢，呼吸困難，全身發燙，這是因吃到海鮮帶殼類的急性過敏。剛好身上帶著小朋友的抗過敏藥物，馬上喝下去，逐漸症狀緩解。
這位媽媽以前吃海鮮會過敏嗎？不會！所以不是以前吃過沒有問題的食物，就絕對永遠不會過敏。
治療方法有很多，包括了抗組織胺、類固醇，局部的止癢藥膏。甚至緊急狀況的話，會使用到急救藥物。
上面那位媽媽幸好有帶著抗過敏藥物在身上，不要以為它只能止鼻水那麼簡單，就不帶它出國了。說不定可以暫時解決燃眉之急（劑量請洽醫師）
什麼時候要盡快就醫：
呼吸困難、喘、嘴唇發紫、意識改變⋯這些症狀就是要盡快就醫！
