Our new corporate posters with the theme of "Love with Sextitude" have been published! We are delighted to have Hong Kong Diva and “Caring Ambassador” of the Foundation, Ms. Vivian Chow, professional boxer, Mr. Rex Tso, as well as two popular TV programme hosts, Mr. Brian Chan and Mr. Thor Lok, to take part in our new corporate photoshoot. We hope to promote the message that everyone should treat sexual behavior in a serious and responsible manner and take HIV tests annually as part of regular medical check-up.

A Facebook giveaway activity is launched today (16 January 2019) to further promote the message of “Love with Sextitude”. If you want to receive a limited edition gift set (including 4 corporate posters, a “Love with Sextitude” metal box and an A4 folder), please answer the question below and complete the following steps. The gift set will be given to the first 10 participants who provide the correct answer.

- How long should the session be and how many days should I workout?
- How many calories should I aim to burn in a workout session?
- Do I need to eat back my workout calories?

5) Keep Track of Yourself
- Write a Food & Activity Diary
- Learn to keep track of your weight loss progress (How to measure yourself accurately)

6) Get Support
- Learn to handle your saboteurs - people who might unintentionally or intentionally sabotage your weight loss plan.
- Learn to support yourself.

7) Take Action
- With all the knowledge and tools, start mapping out your weight loss goal and take action!
