燕麥吃多會肥?!😱
我每次這樣說的時候,每一個人臉都瞬間變成這個emoji😱。屁啦! Vita 你騙我,燕麥明明就很健康,那個某某跟某某健身網紅都嗎這樣說!
的確,常常看到健康達人或是網紅們分享吃燕麥的好處,它含有豐富的維生素B群、E及鐵、鋅、鎂等礦物質,尤其當中的膳食纖維,能增加飽足感又有利於排便。
因此不少人認為它的纖維質多,熱量應該比較低,所以『多吃』沒有關係。但其實是錯的!
燕麥本身也有熱量,1碗白米飯與1碗熟燕麥,熱量差不多都是280大卡,如果吃太多,身體無法利用過多的熱量時,也一樣會胖!
試想,你為了減肥不敢吃白米飯,卻在那邊拼命地吃燕麥,而且可能還吃的都是含了麥芽糊精、果糖、高油的加工燕麥!母湯喔🙅🏻♀️

❌燕麥早餐地雷組合:加工燕麥+牛奶+水果+堅果+果乾
我常常收到你們私訊問我:『Vita我的早餐很健康喔,都是吃以上這種組合,怎麼體脂還是麥丁麥動,一點想要往要降的意願都沒有😭。』
當然不會降囉,因為這樣的組合是高糖、高碳水、高脂的地雷啊。💣
燕麥是碳水(高升糖兩大匙約30克= 1/4碗白飯熱量。加工調味燕麥可能更高)
果乾是碳水(高升糖)
水果是碳水(高升糖)
牛奶(乳糖)
堅果(脂肪)一日建議量不超過五顆,不然熱量爆表!我自己是不吃超過3顆,你若抓一把放,我會搖頭說母湯。🤦🏻♀️
💚那到底怎麼健康吃又不會發胖呢?
✔️選擇剛切燕麥(steel cut oats):
它是燕麥中加工程度最少,保持最完整的纖維及營養,升糖指數最低,讓你可以獲取燕麥中最高品質的營養。我通常是用水煮,你也可以用無糖豆漿。
✔️搭配組合:
低脂無糖希臘優格(蛋白質)
乳清蛋白粉(蛋白質)
泡過水的奇亞籽1大匙(含有豐富纖維和蛋白質)
脂肪:無糖純杏仁醬(1茶匙)、或5顆無調味堅果
✔️水果:我會選擇低糖的藍莓、綠色奇異果、覆盆子。水果擁有纖維酵素,適量食用對身體有益,但果糖是脂肪肝的頭號敵人,所以一日量我不會超過掌心大。
✔️肉桂粉:撒上肉桂粉不但會增添風味,讓你有吃甜食的錯覺,它可以增加新成代謝並有降血糖、將血脂的好處。但孕婦忌、及患病者,請依照醫師或營養師指示服用。
💚為什麼減脂期間我會提高⬆️蛋白質的量,減少⬇️糖分(碳水)的攝取。
因為蛋白質跟碳水相比,人體需要燃燒更多的能量,及更多的時間來消化吸收蛋白質,所以,提高蛋白質的量不但會延長你飽足的時間,更會增加你燃脂的機會。
而碳水因為會抓住身上的水分,所以,一旦你的碳水量一降低,你會先排水消水腫。這也就是為什麼減脂初期你不吃澱粉,馬上就可以瘦個幾公斤,但其實,瘦的都只是水分,並非真正的脂肪!

🖤Oatmeal makes me FAT? !
I often received your message asking me: Vita, I am having oat for breakfast, I thought it supports to be very healthy but how came my fat % still so high? 😭
Indeed, Oats are rich in vitamin B complex, E, and minerals such as iron, zinc, and magnesium. In particular, the dietary fiber in it can increase satiety and defecating. Therefore, many people think that it is high in fibres and low in calories, so "eat more" does not matter.
Might you, Oatmeal isn’t free of calories, so if you eat too much of it, it’s just as likely to cause fat gain as any other food, especially if you load up your bowl with calorie-rich extras such as milk, fruit, nuts & dried fruit.
☝️Here is why your so-called healthy breakfast bowl might cause you a fat gain!
Oats are carbs (30 grams = 1/4 bowl of rice calories. Processed & flavored oats will have higher calories!)
Dried fruit is sugar
Fruit is sugar
Milk (lactose is sugar!)
Nuts (high in nutritions but also high in calories)
💚How to eat oats to avoid FAT GAIN?
✔️Choose steel cut oats:
It is the least processed oats which it remains the most complete fibre and nutrition, and the lowest glycemic index, allowing you to obtain the highest quality nutrition in oats. I usually cook it with water.
✔️Extras:
Protein: Low-fat & low carbs Greek yogurt
Protein: Whey protein powder
Fibre & Protein: 1 tablespoon of soaked chia seeds
Fat: 5 Raw nuts or 100% pure almond butter
✔️Fruit: I prefer low-sugar blueberries, green kiwis, and raspberries. Fruits contain fiber enzymes, and eating them in moderation is good for the body, but fructose is the number one enemy of fatty liver, so the daily amount will not exceed the palm of my hand.
✔️Cinnamon powder: Sprinkle with cinnamon powder will not only add flavor and give you the illusion of eating sweets, it can increase new metabolism, lower blood sugar, and reduce blood fat. However, pregnant women will need to consult with your doctor or dietitian.
💚Why do I increase ⬆️ protein?
Compared with carbohydrate, your body needs to burn more energy and take more time to digest and absorb protein. Therefore, increasing the amount of protein will not only prolong your satiety, but also increase your chances of burning fat.

昨天很高興也很感謝被邀請去星高湯提早試吃他們的聖誕節餐. 在這麼冷的一天享受這種美味的餐點真的很療癒! 因為今年大家都忙碌所以帥氣的主廚Rocco今年想用食物帶大家吃喝玩樂. 這個menu的每一道菜都有一些小驚喜跟娛樂,所以吃完這個餐就會覺得剛走了一圈遊樂園. 今年年底百分百推薦大家有聚會的話可以跟自己身邊的親朋好友去嚐嚐看~ 頂級服務生小島也很用心幫我介紹每道菜的創意概念,謝謝!
Yesterday, I was happy and grateful to have been invited to try Soupstar’s Christmas Menu early. On such a cold, rainy day, enjoying such a wonderful meal with so many amazing flavors was really therapeutic. Since this year we’ve all been really busy, the chef’s idea was to use food to take diners on an enjoyable cullinary adventure. Each item on the menu has its own little surprise waiting for you, so by the end of the meal, you truly feel like you’ve just gone through a theme park of flavors and textures. If you have any end-of-year events coming up, I completely recommend considering enjoying this meal with those you hold dear.

To start, the Mushroom Garden Slow-Cooked Chicken Soup made me forget the cold, wet weather outside. In it, you find four kinds of mushrooms as well as super tender chicken leg meat.
金棗紫米血糕沙拉雖然叫做米血糕但是裡面都沒有血! 還有~ 裡面也藏著一個巧克力的醬! 我吃過最特別的米血糕! 旁邊也配一個混合蔬菜沙拉跟檸檬沙拉醬. 米血糕很creamy再配輕爽的沙拉是很剛好的搭配.
While the Golden Date “Blood” Cake is called “Blood Cake”, there’s actually no blood in it at all! In fact, there’s even a chocolate sauce hidden in there! 小王子蝦球紫蘇梅干青木瓜串檸檬薄荷醬很特別! 超下嘴的! 是這個蝦球外面有一層王子麵裡面的蝦肉美味到爆!
The Little Prince Shrimp Balls, Plum With Green Papaya And Lemon Mint Sauce were so special! I wanted to keep eating those forever! The name comes from the creative use of the Taiwanese Prince Noodles on the outside which are deep-fried and add an amazing texture.
玉烤玉米餅 豬皮爆米花小米粥堅果奶油有讓我想到我們美國常吃的玉米餅但是比我們吃的薄很多所以不會膩. 配上面的小米粥跟跟豬皮還有堅果醬又是一個很美好的搭配! 有鹹有一點微甜~
The Fresh Corn Biscuit With Chicharron And Chestnut Butter reminded me of our American cornbread, this biscuit was much thinner, so it wasn’t as filling as ours. Together with the millet porridge (grits) and chicharron and chestnut sauce on top, the flavors of this dish were amazing together. A great mix of slightly sweet and salty.
想到威靈頓我當然現象的牛肉,所以看到這個用魚排做的我非常好奇. 當我看到菜單上有威靈頓煙燻魚排跟烏斯特醬汁我覺得漂亮到我不太想吃,但是吃了一點都沒有後悔因為從外面的皮到裡面的香菇陷還有裡面的魚排都烤得非常完美. 配仙女番茄的烏斯特醬汁真的有一種美好的平衡
When I think of Wellington, of course I first think of Beef Wellington. So, when I saw the Smoked Fish Wellington With Worcester Tomato Sauce I was very curious. When it arrived, I almost didn’t want to cut into it because of how beautiful it was. However, after digging in, I didn’t regret it one bit! That’s because from the beautiful crust to the mushroom filling to the Mackerel inside, everything was cooked to perfection. Enjoying it with the sweet tomato Worcester sauce brought a lot of amazing flavors together.
愛吃巧克力的我也愛上最後來的巧克力小宇宙拼盤. 三種巧克力小甜點. 一個薄荷松露、一片醃百里香還有很特別的糖漬橙片巧克力還有一個迷迭香巧克力慕斯林奶霜. 每一種的巧克力跟其他味道配得很厲害~
As a chocoholic, I immediately fell in love with the Cacao Universe dessert plate with its three chocolate sweets: a mint chocolate truffle, a chocolate-dipped candied thyme orange slice, and a phenomenal rosemary chocolate cream puff. Each one brought chocolate together with an unexpected spice in a way that was just incredible!

[TAIPEI - UKAI Taipei 😌]
台北五大最強鐵板燒之一 (名氣最大鐡板燒)
以同樣價錢,最近試了幾間台北最有名的鐵板燒,評價如下:
系出名門東京UKAI TEI旗下,繼高雄UKAI後最近在台北新開的一家。吃過Ukai Tei好幾次,尤其是銀座的旗艦店,裝潢特別食物水準高, 每次都非常滿意。
台北這家風格完全不一樣, 走現代路線。 含服務開瓶等費用,這次的價錢比另外四家五大的高一半。食物方面,或許同樣是因爲制度問題,菜單用料靈活度有待改善,快到三月還在用季節已過只有菌味的法國白松露,沒有聞到習慣的意大利白松露香氣。我很明白餐廳為了收取高價格而採用貴一點的食材,但不合時令還勉強去用,這方面我真的不解!
傳統Ukai煎炒飯不加蛋是當晚我覺得最好吃的。但有一位朋友想要加荷包蛋卻被拒絕(不是價錢問題),只可說制度真的‘很嚴格’🤣。
整體覺得這𥚃的菜也算不錯,但汁醬和味道跟Ukai Tei還有一段距離。
慕名而來的客人還有很多所以生意不愁。衝著名氣景觀可以試試。
Taipei’s Top 5 Teppanyaki (Strongest profile Teppanyaki in Taipei)
Based on same price range, a number of Taipei’s most famous Teppanyaki restaurants were tasted with the following comments:
From the Tokyo’s famous UKAI TEI, this Taipei branch recently opened after the one in Kaohsiung some time back. I have been to Ukai Tei a few times especially their Ginza’s flagship restaurant. Both decoration and food quality standards are high and I always have good experience there.
The style of this Taipei branch is different from Tokyo’s with contemporary design.
Including service, corkage and other charges, the price of this restaurant is 50% higher than other four of the top 5 Teppanyaki restaurants. Food wise probably due to policy constraints, menu is fixed without much flexibility to use in-season ingredients. It’s almost March and truffle season is ended but white truffle is still being used, and it’s a French one. Unlike Italian ones with strong distinct aroma, only mushroom nose is picked up.
I understand that to justify charging higher price, restaurants sometimes use more expensive ingredients. But I don’t get and why the ‘off season’ ones are still being used.
The classic UKAI fried rice is still very good and it’s my favourite dish of the evening.
But when a friend wants to add a friend egg but got refused, this again shows how strict the policy really is.
Overall food quality’s is not bad but sauces and tastes still have a lot of catch up to do compare to the Tokyo branches.
Nevertheless, many will still be eager to try for the UKAI brand so business should not be a problem.
It’s worth trying if you also want to check-in in social media or enjoy the view.
