如果你喜歡意大利Barolo葡萄酒，那你不可不認識Domenico Clerico，佢係最能代表Barolo嘅美艷嘅酒莊之一。好高興與Domenico Clerico 酒莊釀酒師Oscar Arrivabene一起試5款佳釀，雖然佢地並沒有organic認證，但其實只係唔想比佢束縛，其實佢哋亦都非常有機嘅，例如採摘完葡萄之後並冇用sulfur dioxide, 而係用咗乾冰嚟保護葡萄，另一種方法去減低化學成份。我覺得比「志明與春嬌」嘅張志明用乾冰用得更浪漫！😬👍🏻🍷
If u like Italian Barolo wine, then u must know Domenico Clerico, one of the most outstanding wineries in representing Barolo. Very happy to chat with Oscar Arrivabene, the winemaker, and tried 5 wines together. Although they don’t have the organic certificate, it’s just that they don’t want to be restricted by the rules to give the best to the grapes, eg use dry ice to replace sulfur dioxide after harvest in protecting the grapes, which is another method to minimize chemicals in winw making. I find this dry ice method more romantic than the way Cheung Chi Ming used in the HK movie “Love in the Puff”! 😬👍🏻🍷

Very happy to meet with Erwan Faiveley, the President of Domaine Faiveley, one of the renowned domaines in Burgundy, France. I tried 4 different wines from 2000-2006, they are all very different styles! But they are all still young! If I have to choose one from the 4 wines, I think I like Corton very much, it’s elegant and complex and the finish is long! I feel so elegant after sipping so many elegant Burgundy wines! 😇🍷 so yummy to pair with Seasons’ gourmet! Happy weekend! 😀

香檳全部都係香檳！當大家都飲慣大牌子香檳時，便會想發掘一些出色嘅cult香檳或grower香檳，攞出黎分享有故仔傾嗎！試咗產量少嘅Champagne Godme Pere st Fils(grower champagne), 佢大部分嘅香檳都係Grand Cru, 特色係好爽而fresh, 帶礦物味及餘韻悠長。4款之中我最like係支2004年Millesime Grand Cru, 帶烤烘、蜜糖、青檸、奶油、啤梨、牛油麵包等，有層次而餘韻悠長，性價比高，只出5000-6000支，非常少，買咗同friend分享分外罕有！
Champagne! So many Champagne! When everyone drinks the big brands, u may wanna explore some cult or grower champagnes so as to share some interesting stories or views with friends! Champagne Godme Pere et Fils (grower champagne) is one of the boutique champagne houses with low production. They mainly produce Grand Cru champagnes. Their champagnes are fresh, crispy, mineral & with long finish. Among the 4 champagnes to taste, I like 2004 Millesime Grand Cru the most, it's complex & value for money, with toasty, honey, citrus, creamy, mineral, pear & brioche notes with long finish. The production is small with 5000-6000 bottles only, it's a good choice to get one and share the rarity with friends!
