參加咗沈酒白酒係阿一鮑魚 富臨酒家嘅晚宴,試咗旗下多款濃香型、醬香型及沉香型白酒,由42度酒精飲到52度,42度係比外國人飲,52度係比本地人飲。我喜歡沈香典藏,此白酒由沈酒白酒研發,味道平衡而不太嬌艷,帶米香、果仁、香料、乾花、醇厚綿甜及圓潤協調,配上阿一鮑魚,實在係另一種pairing體驗!😋阿一真係好好食!Cheers!🍸
Attended Shenjiu Baijiu dinner at Forum Restaurant, trying different styles of Chinese white wine, including Strong Aroma, Soy Sauce Aroma & Chen Aroma, from 42%abv to 52%abv. 42%abv is for expats & 52%abv is for local. I like Chen Xiang Reserve most among all, this style is created by Shenjiu Baijiu. It’s balanced & not too perfumed, with rice, nutty, spices, dried flowers, full-bodied texture, rounded & sweet. When Chinese white wine meets Ah Yat Abalone, it’s another style of great pairing! 😋Ah Yat’s Forum restaurant tastes sooo good! Cheers! 🍸
