塔皮Tart Shell

牛油 Butter 180 g
糖粉 Icing sugar 50g
鸡蛋 Egg x1
普通面粉 All-purpose flour 300g
香草精 Vanilla essence 1 tsp

芝士内陷 Cheese Filling

奶油奶酪 Cream Cheese 250g
糖粉 Icing Sugar 50g
鸡蛋 Egg x1
香草精 Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
柠檬汁 Lemon Juice A bit
牛油 Butter (optional) 70g
*如果不是特别要增加分量不建议放牛油哦！
*Recommend not to put the butter if you are not needed to increase the portion~

装饰 Decoration

黑巧克力 Dark Chocolate
杏仁片 Almond Flakes
