推薦這家位於 Palo Alto 的 Watercourse Way
私人湯屋一共有八間
主要分成了只有浴池、浴池加烤箱以及浴池加蒸氣室三種
部分有冷泉池以及屋頂的自然採光。
價錢根據不同三溫暖湯屋以及平日或週末有所不同
大約是每人每小時 $35 至 $49 不等。
這次我們本來想要預定木頭浴池的 Six Dragonflies 不過當天已經訂滿
就改訂了同樣有蒸氣室的 Nine Bats。
整體還滿乾淨的
有寬敞的熱水按摩池、冷泉池、蒸氣室與淋浴間、以及休息的小床
一個小時的時間稍微有一點趕
一個半小時會更剛好一點。

從小我就一直很喜歡玩水泡澡泡湯
還記得每次跟爸媽住一家新的飯店
到房間放好行李之後就是拉著媽媽陪我去看飯店的泳池。
北加州有不少溫泉湯屋三溫暖
真正的天然溫泉通常距離比較遠
要去到納帕山谷北邊的 Calistoga 或是再北邊的 Williams
或是要去到東邊的 Mammoth Lakes
還有南邊 Firebaugh 還有加州中部。
不過如果不想要開太遠
又想要享受一下獨立湯屋三溫暖
這家位於 Palo Alto 的 Watercourse Way Bath House Spa 就是不錯的選擇！
舊金山市區的三溫暖以大眾池為主
像是 Archimedes Banya, Kabuki Springs & Spa, Pearl Spa 等。
這家 Watercourse Way 在我的口袋名單上也好幾年了
不過一直沒有特別安排前往。
Labor Day 長週末第一天走了十幾英里的步道
週一放假就想要泡一下湯放鬆一下。
提前一天打電話預約
除了私人湯屋也有按摩等不同的療程選擇。
湯屋一共有八間
以數字以及特色取名 (沒有七號)。
湯屋主要分成三種：只有浴池、浴池加烤箱、浴池加蒸氣室
每個房間都有休息區
部分有冷泉池
有些房型有屋頂自然光有些沒有
官網上有詳細的介紹可以自己挑選。
只有浴池的房型週一至週四每小時每人價格為 $35
週五至週日每小時每人價格為 $39
浴池加上烤箱或蒸氣室週一至週四每小時每人價格為 $45
週五至週日每小時每人價格為 $49。
長週末的星期一雖然是假日不過是平日的價格
最喜歡浴池加上蒸氣室的房型
這個房型只有 Six Dragonflies 以及 Nine Bats 兩種
不過六號當天已經都被訂滿
於是就訂了九號。
預約了 6:10pm 的時段
一個小時的時間
在櫃檯會詢問要水還是熱茶
茶是每人一杯茶包泡的
口味有薑、洋甘菊、桃子、檸檬、以及薄荷
選了桃子。
服務人員會帶領前往房間
會簡單告知開關的位置
在時間到前十分鐘會有人來敲門提醒。
Nine Bats 的房間有一池熱水按摩池、冷泉、休息區、以及可以開蒸氣的淋浴間
蒸氣淋浴間空間很大
還有座位可以坐
蒸氣非常夠力馬上就超級熱。
按摩池的按摩水柱可以自由開關
一開始覺得冷泉下不去不過泡熱了之後有冷泉超級舒服。
房間內提供毛巾以及沐浴用品
可以根據需求自備拖鞋。
