Today’s weather is super nice in Boracay after a
week of not seeing clear sky. It’s not windy as much as yesterday, I see the birds from the balcony singing again (my alarm clocks), and I can finally jog from Alta Vista to Kingfisher’s Farm to gym.
And today, is the day I am burning calories I have taken for one week after food hunting, and my cheat
day as well.
So I am heading with Jeepney Stop Boracay to order Boracay Litson (it’s not an ordinary litson guys). It would be my second time and will never get tired of coming back there, because:
1. The litson is roasted differently. There’s a special machine and the only one in the Philippines to roast anything that protects our environment. I have interviewed the owner before, but there was no audio unfortunately. Please visit them and ask why it’s different.
2. The smell is so good! I could not smell the smoke from the charcoal but the spices.
3. When I went there a few weeks ago, they were testing a lot on how to perfect their litson. This video shows that they finally get the right amount of heat, fire, and ingredients to serve this super tasty litson,
4. The price is fair and just. Nothing is compromised.
5. The service. Well, the staff are amazing!
6. Suggestion, SB19 music in the background please and more folk songs perhaps?

Secubit garam
Semua diatas satukan dan gaul rata
Nak senang guna blender..blend sebati
Kemudian masakkan sebentar..anggaran 3-5 minit sampai berwap..dan mula pekat
Tutup api
Lengserkan loyang dgn sedikit minyak
Alas plastik talam,oles sikit lagi minyak atas plastik dan masukkan adunan tepung yg di masak sebentar tadi
Sementara itu panaskan kukus..setelah mendidih masuk kan loyang dan kukus talam
anggaran 10-15 minit..
Kemudian cakarkan permukaan tepung ,guna garpu..taburkan inti..dan padatkan
Kukus semula anggaran 5-10 minit
Kemudian taburkan daun bawang,cili potong,dan bawang goreng..kukus sekejap sahaja
Dengan membuka tudung kukus..perlahan kan api..kalau dah ok..bole lah angkat dan sejukkan

Daging kisar 1 tube bulat..daging lembu/ayam
Di rebus sekejap..agak2 separuh empuk
Sebiji bawang besar potong dadu
2 ulas bawang putih cincang
3/4 sb rempah kari
Garam,gula,perasa secukupnya
Panaskan minyak..
Tumis bahan cincang..hingga garing..
Masukkan rempah kari..
Masukkan daging..gaul rata
Perasakan garam ,gula dan perasa
Masak hingga inti kering dan tapiskan
Supaya minyaknya tos
nak guna daging burger pon bole
Kaedah nya sama
bahan hiasan
Daun Bawang/sup
Cili merah,hijau potong
Bawang Goreng
Selamat mencuba

Ingredients
2 cups of wheat flour
6 sb of corn flour
2 eggs
1 boxes of coconut milk
5 cups of water
A pinch of salt
All above unite and flat mix
Want to be easy to use blender.. blend in mix
Then cook for a while.. estimated 3-5 minutes until steamy.. and starting to be thick
Close the fire
Topple the brass with some oil
Plastic cover, apply some more oil on plastic and insert the flour mix that was cooked a while ago
Meanwhile heat up the steam.. after boiling put in the grease and steamed the tray
estimated 10-15 minutes..
Then say the surface of the flour, use the fork.. spread the filling.. and compact it
Re-steamed estimated 5-10 minutes
Then sprinkle onion leaves, cut chili, and fried onions.. steam for a while
By opening the steamed headscarf.. slow down the fire.. if it's okay.. can lift and cool down

Enjoying delicious food from Philippine's popular fast food chain, Jollibee! Very happy that I finally got to eat the Aloha burger! I've also tried a few other items on the menu that I've not eaten before like the Fiesta Noodles (Palabok Fiesta) and Beef Burger Steak with rice! Personally, I think the Aloha burger tastes a lot better than McDonald's Cheeseburger :p
I know a lot of you wanted me to try the Mango Peach Pie and the dessert Halo Halo Sundae but we don't have those items on the menu here in Jollibee Singapore... Sad.. But it's okay, maybe they might add them to the menu in the future :)
