現在不只是週末限定店，可以趁著平日放假人流不多的日子去湊湊熱鬧
鑑於已經是Late Tea，加上此行重點為甜品，簡單一杯Black就好
主角Hojicha Chiffon由本體到擺盤，實物與甜品櫃內的展示樣版至少九成相近
蛋糕軟綿微彈，未會過乾，其茶香不算很重，調味亦是點到即止，感覺輕盈無負擔
至於焙茶醬香味濃郁，帶少許茶苦及點點粉感，伴煙韌白玉品嘗確實不錯

It has definitely been my greatest honour to have hosted the Michelin Guide Star Revelation for Hong Kong and Macau, the single biggest culinary event in my hometown, for 2 consecutive years.
As an Mc, it is the kind of event that you would love to host.
As a foodie, it is a privilege to get the absolute first hand knowledge of the star winners.
But it is more than just the culinary Oscars.
It is humbling to see the greatest chefs in town dedicating their time and effort to creating dishes that not only require creativity beyond our wildest imaginations, but craftiness and technicalities that can only be perfected with years and years of practice.
It is inspiring to see the winners celebrating their achievements while fans congratulating their favourite restaurants. This relationship is more than just host-and-customer. It brings people together from all walks of life.
And while we often tend to focus only on the rockstars in the kitchen, it also really touched me to see the team spirit in the winning teams. They are a group of passionate people, coming together with one goal and one goal only - to offer the the best experience possible to the customers.
Thank you master chefs for making Hong Kong and Macau so much more exciting.
Thank you amazing restaurateurs for giving us dining experiences that highlighted our best moments in life.

This year, since it’s impossible to go overseas at the moment, he chose to celebrate my birthday in one of the most beautiful ocean front villa in Malaysia - Ritz Carlton Langkawi.
This ocean front villa, comes with a ocean view infinity private pool with a sundeck. The front of the villa is in full glass wall. Perfect for me who loves the sun, and Shengyi who prefers staying in while enjoying the ocean view + watching me swim at the same time.
With a 3 nights stay, we also enjoy a lavish bubbly buffet breakfast, a bottle of champagne, in room drawn bath with infused oils, and a 60mins time together ocean front massage.
There’s also a private signature dining beyond experience on the beach, while watching the sun sets arranged for my birthday.
I’m thankful that admist of this coronavirus pandemic, we still able to have such beautiful holiday in Malaysia itself.
2020 might not be the best year with all these crisis, but I will always remind myself to count my blessings. Be grateful for all that I have now.

A&W Restaurant (#B2-209) is back in Singapore at Jewel Changi Airport! Besides serving classics such as Made Fresh A&W Root Beer, Chicken/Beef Coney Dog, and Curly Fries (S$3.60), the 24-hour restaurant will also serve bestsellers from A&W Restaurants in the region and beyond, such as the Golden Aroma Chicken and Cream Cheese Chicken/Beef Burgers.
