One week of practicing with Yogatique Bangkok is such a wonderful experience.
Different teachers and classes, but all with same good vibes and energy, no matter the class is intense or gentle.
Focusing on present, self reflection, acceptance and letting go. Not just what we need to practice on the mat but more importantly outside the mat.
Because we are not perfect, so we are always students and continue learning in our life to make us better people.
