Chocoholics alert! Join us at the 5th "Vinosseur Wine Club" chocolate wine pairing at Café 103 tomorrow. Seven exceptional and elegant sweet and fortified wines will be served to pair with the exquisite chocolate creations prepared by the hotel’s pastry team. Topping the excitement will be a live station where Jurg Meier, a Swiss Chocolatier will be preparing some of the chocolate creations à-la-minute. Meier will share chocolate tasting tips and how to appreciate the aroma, appearance, taste and texture of different chocolates.
