話說… 今日公司開會，不過唔係開日常職務，而係開大家額外take up的一些公司工作的會議（類似係公司俾大家試下做唔同類型的工作，算是學習的一種吧）：我地搵緊全球內部嘅一啲做得好嘅project出黎，想做一個類似成功故事分享/交流的一個系列。
我地有三個人，一個負責非洲，一個負責亞洲，另一個即係我就負責歐美。之前我寫文都有講過，佢地兩個係regional head，而我就係小薯中嘅小薯… 咁大家就交功課啦，非洲嘅同事很擅長利用自己的職權，基本上追人拎資料是手到拿來（邊個嫌命長敢唔應你regional head的email???)，另一個regional head 仲威水啲，索性assign佢秘書同條team去做，也是輕而易舉。咁去到我呢… 大概「拉牛上樹」都是比較正面的形容詞了，問人拎資料係十問十不應，今次開會我係捧左蛋，交唔到功課😞😞😞
雖然大家冇怪我，但我自己覺得好尷尬— 點解人地做到，我就做唔到？冇人一開波就係regional head，咁係咪代表佢一開始時都好似我咁垃圾？這樣不太可能吧？
不能認輸，否則真的會輸—— 這是我在職場上的第一金句。
完左個會之後，我反省左一陣：唔好理人地追唔追到資料，諗下自己點樣追資料先？係呀，人地send個email、同秘書講兩句就搞掂，咁我係咪無title、無秘書，我就做不到？不會吧？
重新出發，想像一下其他歐美的同事，如果收到我嘅電郵，叫你去做呢樣嗰樣同埋填表，第一時間會考慮嘅係咩：關我L事咩？家陣欠你要幫你做架？你又唔係咩大人物，我做咩要幫你做？
叮！靈gay一觸🌼🤏我諗到個解決方法。
「Hi 早晨呀😁 我想同你講見到你地做左某某project，做得好出色呀！」我是這樣開場白私訊各位同事。
沒有人不喜歡被讚的，所以大家回得好快—— 上·釣·了！
然後我沒有叫對方「hand in」啲資料，我同佢講「I want to nominate your project 」，沒錯，不是叫你俾資料我，而係我想提名你地個project成為歐美的成功例子。
大家回得更快—— 完·全·自·投·羅·網·了。
最後就係「咁我幫你填好晒張form，你淨係寫返個project介紹就可以架啦，唔駛多，50字就夠架啦」
一個上午，我已經收左四隻case返黎…
這說明了：
1. Regional head有佢自己嘅一套，小薯也有自己的一套。學人者生，似人者死，我如果好似佢地咁send mass mail係唔會有人理我。
2. Warm call比cold call更有效，無論是做廣告定係內部溝通，道理都是一樣的。
3. 你唔夠人senior，就算你個project再大，人地都係可以唔賣帳。上家追下家叫誅，下家追上家就要捧，捧得人家高興自然水到渠成。
4. 幸福要行多步：叫對方填表好麻煩，咁我幫埋你填晒再send俾你寫返個核心，我先行左一步，你唔會好意思拒絕。

不少人以為芒果「濕熱」，食材本身不會「濕熱」，「濕熱」是指人體致病的原因及體質；芒果性熱且肥甘黏膩，助濕生痰，故容易令體質偏熱人士增加「濕、熱」症狀，然而芒果有益胃、止嘔、止暈、解渴、利尿的作用，配合體質適量進食就可以享受芒果的滋味了。
芒果 — 性熱，具益胃、止嘔、止暈、解渴、利尿作用。多種原因造成的頭暈皆可食用芒果紓緩症狀；適合慢性氣管炎咳嗽、氣喘患者食用；皮膚敏感及過敏體質患者須謹慎食用。糖尿病患者不宜進食。

Green mango vs Yellow mango
It is not difficult to find shops selling mangoes during summer, and it is an absolute delight to indulge in the sweet and juicy fruit. We often think a green mango is an unripe mango, but that is not always the case.
Green mangoes and yellow mangoes are actually two different varieties. Green mangoes have green skin but yellow flesh. Its flesh is crunchier and more sour in taste, and they are suitable to be used in salad and cold dishes. Yellow mangoes, on the other hand, are softer and sweeter, and they are often used in desserts or consumed directly.
Many people believe mangoes are ‘damp and hot’ in nature, but the term ‘damp heat’ is in fact used to describe the body constitution and the cause of illness. Since mangoes are warm in nature and are sweet and sticky, they can easily cause dampness to accumulate in the body and cause phlegm. Hence, individuals with a heat related body may experience damp heat symptoms.
Nonetheless, mangoes are good for the stomach, can relieve nausea and dizziness, quench thirst, and induce urination. We should be able to enjoy mangoes by consuming an appropriate amount of the fruit based on our body constitution.
Mango - Hot in nature. It can nourish stomach, relieve vomiting and dizziness, relieve thirst and promote diuresis. Dizziness caused by various reasons could be relieved by eating mango. It is suitable for those with chronic bronchitis cough or asthma. Those with skin allergy and sensitive body type should eat less. It is not suitable for diabetic patients.

Film out 是日本劇場版《Signal長期未解決事件搜查班》的主題曲，看到這劇名，固定在追韓劇的各位想必覺得眼熟，沒錯！這劇場版就是從超好看的韓劇《Signal信號시그널》改編的。
這一次日方推出劇場版，更邀請到防彈少年團接續演唱主題曲。
歌曲編排對很多聽習慣Kpop套路的人來說應該不太習慣，反而帶有J-pop的感覺。光是聽旋律的記憶點不多，也沒有中毒性，但可以感覺到是首傷感的歌，溫柔地說著在心裡不會消失的人的故事。
可能是珍惜當下概念已經被講爛了，只好用更新的包裝方式講故事，現在更多是用穿越的方式來呈現已經不復存在的眷戀、依依不捨和撫今追昔。我們甚至用自己想像中的時光機，想著那個人好像就站在對面，但是可望不可及，當想伸出手觸碰若隱若現的對方，他卻如同過眼煙雲消失不見了。
是不是頗有我上首cover的錯位時空感，我吹過你吹過的晚風，那我們算不算相擁的遺憾，那就做個有你的夢吧，再擁有一次，醒來之後再失去一次，反覆練習之後，即使沒有時光機穿越回到過去，也應該可以熟悉夢以外沒有你的日子！

Film out is the ending theme song of the Signal the Movie Cold Case Investigation Unit, the Japanese TV series. Anyone familiar with the KR dramas may relate this one to the KR drama with the same name, which was super famous earlier and it is =]
This JP version was a remake of KR drama "Signal 시그널." The song was written by BTS member Jungkook in collaboration with the lead vocalist of Japanese rock power trio Back Number, Iyori Shimizu.
Cherishing the moment may sound like too old-school or what, now we have to package the story with new concept, like going back to the past with time machine. The one I miss sooo much seems to be standing opposite there, but he is out of reach. When I want to reach out and touch him hug hum, he just disappear away.
I still miss you soooo much. I want to be with you, it is as simple and as complicated as that.
Until then, I'd feel the sun and the wind as if you are holding me.
But now all I can do is have a dream with you where you are with me. It'll be like being there with you in the dream and losing you after waking up. After being repeated again and again every night and day and practicing like this, even there is no such time machine to travel back to the past, I would be good at the days without you after waking up in reality (oh but I would def choose to love you if there were a time machine taking me back to the past).
