👶🏻 Baby steps. Be patient. Be consistent. And listen to your body.
After giving birth, it took my body quite a while to recover. Juggling between breastfeeding, taking care of my baby, and getting enough sleep. I didn’t have enough energy or time for a full intensive practice like I did back in the day (yes, back in the day before I gave birth :P). But I tried to sneak in gentle stretches whenever I can.
While observing what my body is ready for, I slowly began to practise things I’ve learned from my teachers @yogasamrat and @miguel_hand_balance. Proper warmup, practise with proper technique, and a proper cool down.
