This program is designed to provide a comprehensive leader-ship development experience for those who play critical leadership or management roles in global organizations. Personal Leadership Assessment (PLA) in all three crucial aspects of an effective global leader will be explored to help an analytical manager strengthen his/her personal effectiveness in creating and maintaining high-performing international teams. Examples from China as well as Asia Pacific global companies such as the L’Oreal Group, Bayer, HSBC, Syngenta, FMC, BASF, Microsoft, CitiBank, China Merchant Bank, Ali, liuli.com and other creative and new industries may be discussed to ensure the students gain a Real-World perspective on how global leadership teams are recruited, formed, motivated and developed to bring truly exceptional business results.
