Yes, you heard me right! I have found some tea that I can have at different time of the day. From morning to night, from strong black tea to non caffeinated tea, from refreshing iced tea to tea with cocktails, you name it, @kusmitea_singapore got it.

持續吃全素已經有三個禮拜了吧,做運動、瑜珈或突然起身時都沒有暈眩感。但這兩天生理期做瑜伽時居然會暈,今天又聽到我的自然療法師Fiona說,她那個嬉皮女兒長期吃全素,但她會一直提醒她要偶爾吃點魚,加上老公也在哭哭說,給我魚肉!
好,你要魚,老娘就給你魚!
然後原本全素的扁豆茄子熱沙拉上,就多了一塊鮭魚了。
不過因為今天是我的斷食休養日,所以我只吃了照片上一半的份量,500卡剛剛好!
PS: 上次斷食了一次後,4天瘦了2.5公斤,而且還是在生理期瘦的,效果好到我有點害怕!

中午我先開了Solaia 1993,瞬間喚醒她的撲鼻香氣,那是托斯卡尼艷陽的誘惑!開瓶後的一小時筋骨仍未舒展,只見波爾多青草土壤,期待晚餐她的表現。
百分之百的法國橡木新桶,和Cabernet Sauvignon帶來的強健架構,有我預期的集中口感,卻有我意料外的細緻質地和活潑的架構。活躍的莓果香伴隨隱約的黑醋栗,中等的酒體,圓潤的尾韻,顯然Antinori 是單寧管理和橡木桶使用的翹楚。
多虧了1978那年的盛產的Cabernet Sauvignon,品質優異的讓人放膽一試,Cab和Sangiovese 兩者比例調整後大受好評,Solaia 也因此而來!

I opened the Solaia 1993 around noon. The Tuscan sun was teasing me through the fragrance I sensed immediately. She was not yet awake. I could only feel the traditional Bordeaux greasy and earthy style. I was looking forward to her performance at dinner time.
100% French barrel and strong Cabernet Sauvignon. I found the expected density, but the subtle texture and vibrant structure was to my surprise. Vivid berry with black currant under notes. Medium bodied and fruity finish. Apparently Antinori is an expert in tannin management and the use of barriques.
Solaia was first produced in 1978, when there was a bumper harvest of Cabernet Sauvignon and its quality was too good to ignore. It was then that the percentage of Cab and Sangiovese was modified and result was proved successful. That was why we have Solaia today.
