5 days intensive workshop with Day Christensen finally done. Thank you for trusting The Practice Studio and came all the way to Hong Kong from the other side of the world, thank you for all your great sharing, it’s totally mind blowing, very awesome! I’m sure everyone enjoyed the workshop so much and can’t wait to apply your sharing in their practice. Hopefully next time we can do a better research to get you some more new Asia fruits and gluten free vegan restaurants :p

其實同啲人講自己啲筋好緊 好老 好肥 未ready好 所以做唔到瑜伽一樣 如果你做到又駛咩去學呢？當然佢緊係勁啦 如果唔勁請佢黎做咩呢？

佢勁唔代表你要一樣甘勁先可以join個workshop 亦唔代表佢既workshop 內容同佢個人practice 一樣甘advance
我都仲有好多野都未做到 好想學 好想進步然後分享比更多既人 所以先有呢個諗法請佢黎香港 好好跟佢學習 相信當日我都可能有好多式子未做到 但只要明白個原理再不斷練習 then all is coming 希望有breakthrough 如果你都同我一樣 就一齊上個workshop 一齊進步啦😉

Day’s workshop really is for everyone, we know some of you are concerned that the workshop is too advance. Indeed, she is a very advanced ashtanga yoga practitioner, this is also the whole point of having her to come, to share with us her techniques and points to note so that we can incorporate them into our practice and make bigger progress. We genuinely hope you guys do not miss this golden opportunity and make the most out of it. You surely will benefit a lot from Day’s teaching no matter what stage you are at on your yoga path.
