In all honesty, obstacle courses have always been my Achilles heel. I’ve never passed my SOC during BMT either. So today’s Downtown Challenge at @downtowngallery is actually quite a challenge for me.
My weight loss meant it was easier to manoeuvre around obstacles with lesser weight. But I took two weeks to prep myself to build strength that I’ve lost from certain injuries.

Got the guns ready for the Downtown Challenge, Singapore’s first ever road obstacle course that @spartanracesingapore organised. I’ve been doing heavier weights and CrossFit sessions in the gym to challenge the 6 obstacle course! You know what is best? I’ve got my boys @toshrock @onlynoah and @joshuatwe13 with me on Saturday, 23 June where we will either smash or get smashed at the Downtown challenge. It’s gonna be like SOC with the Ah Boys on the road! 💪🏻
