Plus, this was from those years when I generally got to sleep for 2-3hrs only each day, with hectic schedules rushing from stations to jobs, tv hosting to event emcee to tvshoppingchannel hosting to meetings and shoots, early dawn to latenight. Ohhhh… age does matter. Lol!!

Phiên bản ngắn: Thiền 1 phút chúng mình đăng tải ngày hôm qua đã nhận được sự hưởng ứng tích cực của đông đảo các bạn trên trang. Hôm nay, như đã hẹn, tụi mình đăng tải tiếp phiên bản tiếng Anh của thời thiền này, dành cho các bạn nào muốn thiền mà không hiểu rõ tiếng Việt, hoặc cảm thấy thoải mái hơn khi nghe dẫn thiền bằng tiếng Anh, nhé. Clip này sẽ đặc biệt dành cho các bạn có chồng, các con... là người nước ngoài, không hiểu tiếng Việt nhưng các bạn cũng rất thiện chí muốn giới thiệu hay cùng rủ chồng con mình thực hành cùng. Thời thiền này, khuyến khích cho những bạn sáng ra không có quá nhiều thời gian rảnh, hoặc bạn dùng nó trước khi bước vào một cuộc họp, hay buổi gặp mặt quan trọng nào đó, hoặc khi bạn nóng giận, 1 phút thiền này cũng giúp cho cơn giận của bạn lắng lại rất nhiều.
