In recent years, people pay more attention to health issues.In addition to exercise, diet also plays an important role.Studies have shown that eating more vegetables can make people healthier and relieve stress.

Taiwan was once listed by CNN as one of the top 10 popular vegan food destinations in the world.

In order to promote Taiwan’s healthy and varied diet,the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has printed a manual of popular Taiwanese vegetarian restaurants selected for their convenience, eco-friendliness, creativity, and attention to quality in their ingredients.

今年勁幸福！收到勁多純素月餅 😋 謝謝所有好朋友們！雖然我被公認為很瘦，但大家今年會否對我太好，勢必要我變肥妹，是嗎？🤣 我也不會辜負大家，盡情享用 😁 除了有香港月餅，更有來自台灣的月餅，最特別是收到兩款不經高溫處理的，生機月餅，均很有驚喜！

綠色心活館
一直有關注的生機小店，主廚Megan是第一個能讓我吃完沙律的人 (生平最討厭沙律)，可以想像Megan的廚藝了吧！今年在最後一刻推出了「#熱情果朱古力脆皮生機月餅」，她做的純生朱古力真的沒人能及，我到底是在吃月餅還是雪糕 🤣 總知味道確實好味又創新！

Vegan Rawness 全素、生機
三年前認識的品牌，主廚Mi一向在產品研發上都非常有創意，近年因照顧家庭，甚少推出新產品，今年誠意推出這款 #冰皮生機月餅！4款餡料都非常有創意！期待Mi可以繼續推出各類生機食品 😍

Loving Nature
純素咖啡店，除了售賣美味的熱食外，這家的甜品是另一亮點，閒時三五知己下午茶聊八卦，選這間準沒錯！今年有幸食到他們的月餅，手工製 #純素旦黃酥，以人手搓出層層酥皮，好正！

Vegelink 素之樂
除了有餐廳外，更有素食超市，售賣各式各樣的素食食品，這款來自馬來西亞的 #提拉米蘇月餅，開始有點緊張會不會是伏 😅 沒想到味道非常好，大大一隻，朋友們都很喜歡！

嬉皮麵包 HIP PUN
去台北一定要光顧的純素麵包店！原來也有售賣純素月餅，朋友給我的是 #鳳梨月餅 和 #鳳凰月餅，非常具有台灣風味！不像傳統月餅般膩，它不會太甜，讓人愈食愈想食~

貝多蕾納 Blossom Rena Vegan Cafe
在台北的超厲害純素食店！尚記得這家的 #純素魯肉飯，不用說素食者，連肉食朋友都讚不絕口！這店一向走精緻路線，特別是甜品！就連月餅也做得非常細心，#月餅禮盒 包括了三款月餅，還有一件小蛋糕和茶包！一邊嘆茶一邊食月餅，未滿足的話，仲有小蛋糕！超貼心~

Happy Mid-Autumn! Received so many vegan mooncakes this year 😋 Thank you all my good friends! In addition to moon cakes from Hong Kong, there are also moon cakes from Taiwan. Most particularly, I received two kinds of moon cakes that are not processed at high temperature, and they are very pleasant!

綠色心活館 Green Living
I have been paying attention to this little raw vegan shop for a long time. Chef Megan is the first person who can let me finish the salad (I hate salad the most in my life). You can imagine Megan's cooking skills! At the last moment of Mid-Autumn, "#PassionFruitChocolateMooncakes" was launched. No one can compete her pure raw chocolate. Am I eating mooncakes or ice cream? 🤣 I always know that the taste is delicious and innovative!

Vegan Rawness 全素、生機
The brand I met three years ago, the chef Mi has always been very creative in product research and development. In recent years, due to taking care of her family, she has rarely launched new products. This year, she sincerely launched this #RawIcedMooncake! The 4 fillings are very creative! I look forward to Mi can continue to launch all kinds of raw food 😍

Loving Nature
In addition to selling delicious hot food, this vegan coffee shop has another highlight - vegan desserts. In your spare time, you can gossiping for afternoon tea with friends. This year, I was fortunate enough to try their moon cakes, hand-made #VeganEggYolkCrisp, the layers were rubbed by hands, it's so delicious!

In addition to restaurants, there is also a vegetarian supermarket that sells a variety of vegetarian products. I had a bit concern about this #TiramisuMooncake from Malaysia at first 😅 but it turned out very great! I didn’t expect the taste is very good. My friends love it too!

嬉皮麵包 HIP PUN
A must-visit vegan bakery in Taipei! It turns out that there are also vegan mooncakes on sale. My friends gave me #PineappleMooncake, which is very Taiwanese! Not as greasy as traditional moon cakes, it is not too sweet, making people want to eat more and more~

貝多蕾納 Blossom Rena Vegan Cafe
Super vegan restaurant in Taipei! I still remember the #BraisedPorkRice, not to mention vegans, even meaty friends are full of praise! This shop has always taken a refined route, especially desserts! Even moon cakes are made very detailly. #MooncakeGiftBox includes three types of moon cakes, as well as a small cake and tea bags! Eat moon cakes while sighing for tea. If you are not satisfied, there will be small cakes! Super sweet~

香港│純素生活節 2018 (HK Vegan Festival 2018)

香港唯一大型純素生活節 ─ 素食嘉年華，原來今年已經是第六屆了，從街頭小食，到生機全蔬食、有機服裝、鞋子護理產品、教學活動、工作坊、研討、分享、節目表演等等，居然能在一天內呈現在公眾眼前，實在太利害了，身為籌委之一的我，真的覺得很榮幸！

還記得當天我非常忙碌，對，我是忙著吃喝玩樂，忙到去洗手間的時間都沒有，夠誇張的 😜 第三年參加了，每一年我都玩得特別開心，因為可以很安全地吃喝買，還有精彩的表演等著我呢！今年為了提倡源頭減費，減少一次性餐具，舉辦單位特別提供了借用餐具服務，免費租用，非常好的榜樣。

根據官方統計，當天約有6000人次進場，能夠打造出這個奇蹟，有賴全香港的素食團體一起支持、全部義工群策群力，還有籌委前輩們的努力！期待明年喔~

Hong Kong's only large-scale vegan life festival - Hong Kong Vegfest, it's already the sixth year, from street snacks to bio-food, organic clothing, shoe care products, workshops, seminars, sharing, show performances, etc. it can be presented to the public in ONE day, it is just so amazing. As a member of the committee, I really feel very proud!

I still remember that I was very busy that day. Yes, I was busy eating, drinking and playing, it was too busy that I have no time to go to the bathroom. 😜 It's my third year to participate in the festival. I have a very good time evry year, because all the food are safe to eat, and there are wonderful performances waiting for me tooooo! In order to promote the waste reduction action so as to reduce disposable tableware, the organizer has specially provided the free rental use of tableware services, which gives a very good example to the public.

According to the official statistics, about 6,000 people entered the festival that day, and this miracle can be built because of ALL the support from the vegan groups in Hong Kong, the volunteers, the efforts of the committee members! Really looking forward to next year~
