Over the years, Ego Fall has had thousands of performances. In 2008 and 2012, they performed together with Dark Tranquillity for two times. And in 2013, they attended Soilwork’s show in Beijing as guest band. In June 2014, Ego Fall celebrated its 10th anniversary as a band, had their 3rd tour in China and released their new EP Jangar. On 29th June 2014, they had a gig at Tuska Open Air Metal Festival 2014 in Helsinki, Finland. Ego Fall is the first band from China performing in Tuska Festival. In 2015, Ego Fall had their Asian tour. They performed in Japan, Hong Kong, Thailand, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and Taiwan. They also attended Arch Enemy's War Eternal Tour as a guest band. In January 2016, Ego Fall had their first European tour. They performed 20 shows in 12 countries in Europe. Ego Fall is the first Chinese metal band which has European tour. In November 2016, Ego Fall was invited to perform in Slipknot's show in Taiwan as the only one guest band. In May 2017, Ego Fall performed in Megadeth's show in Hong Kong also as the only one guest band. In 2018, Ego Fall released an EP. In 2019, Ego Fall released their new album Never Ends on the 15th anniversary of the band.
