Resepi Kacang Kuda 😋

Siapa yang suka makan? Kalau beli kat paso ke mana-mana, ciput je dapat. Buat sendiri, puas hati. Modal tak sampai RM5 😎

Saya dah edit sekali resepi ✌️

Resepi:
Kacang kuda (rendam semalaman, lepas tu rebus sampai lembut dan toskan)
Bawang merah (hiris-hiris je)
Bawang putih (hiris-hiris je)
Cili kering (potong 2 atau 3)
Daun kari (ikut suka nak bape pelepah)
Bancuhan serbuk kari 1 sudu (kalau banyak, pahit)
Air
Garam

Cara-cara:
Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih sampai kekuningan. Masukkan cili kering, daun kari. Kacau-kacau, masukkan bancuhan serbuk kari. Gaul sikit then masukkan air. Jangan banyak sangat, cukup untuk buat salut kacang. Bagi menggelegak, masukkan garam. Kacau-kacau, masukkan kacang. Gaul sampai sebati.. Lepas tu dah puas hati, tutup api, sejukkan. Kalau tak sabar, boleh ngap terus 😉

P/s: lebih sedap kalau dah masuk peti ais then baru makan. Sebab salutan tu meresap dalam kacang. Kalau baru-baru lagi, dia tak cukup resap.

Oh ye, ada jugak yang letak ikan bilis. Nak bagi penambah rasa. Saya buat sesimple mungkin je. Boleh olah ikut citarasa sendiri. Tapi macam gini je pun dah sedap.. 🤗

Horse Bean Recipe 😋

Who likes to eat? If you buy from Paso anywhere, you'll get it. Make it yourself, satisfied. Capital not even RM5 😎

I've edited the recipe once ✌️

Recipe:
Horse beans (soak overnight, then boil it until it's soft and throw it)
Red onion (just slice)
Garlic (just slice)
Dry Chili (cut 2 or 3)
Curry leaves (according to how many feathers)
1 spoonful curry powder mix (if there's a lot, bitter)
Water
Salt

Ways:
Stir-fry red onion, garlic to yellow. Insert dry chili, curry leaves. Stir it up, insert curry powder mix. A little bit of gaul then insert water. Don't be too much, enough to salute peanuts. To bubbles, insert salt. Stir it up, put the peanuts in. Gaul until it's mixed.. After that I'm satisfied, closing the fire, cool down. If you can't wait, you can keep on eating 😉

P / s: it's better if you've entered the fridge then you'll eat it. Because the coating is absorbed in the peanuts. If it's recently again, he's not fade enough.

Oh yeah, there are also those who put anchovies. I want to give an enhancer. I'm making it as simple as possible. Can follow your own taste. But it's already delicious like this.. 🤗
