Gravy
- 700g wolf - herring (parang )
-90 g tamarind pulp
- 2 liter water
-5 pieces tamarind peel
-2 stalks polygonum (kesom)
spicy paste (brend finely )
-300g shallots
-3 lemongrass
- 5 red chillies
- 10 dried chillies
- 80g belacan
- Ginger flower 1pcs
Toppings
2 - cucumber
2 - pineapple
2 - big onions
- 2 small plant lettuce
2 - Ginger flower
3- red chilies cut small
- mint leaves
-laksa noodle 1 Parket
- thick prawn paste mix with little water
1)Gut and clean the fish and place in the shallow dish for steaming ,Steam the fish until cooked ,leave the fish to cool before removing the flesh ,set aside the fish flakes.
2)A pool of clear fish stock would have collected in the steaming fish - strain the fish stock into a deep stock pot .
3) Mix the tamarind pulp with the water and strain into the pot with the fish stock ,add the tamarind peel ,polygonum (laksa leaf )and the spice paste .
4) Bring the laksa stock to a boil and lower heat to simmer until aromatic ,Before tuning off the fire ,add the flaked fish and season to taste with salt
5)split and core the cucumber and cut into thin strips (julienne ).Cut the pineapple into thin strips .peel , halve and slice onion thinly ,wash the lettuce leaves ,stack them and slice 1cm wide .split the ginger flower and chillies and slice thinly , separate the mint leaves from the stems .
6) scald the laksa noodles and rinse them in the cold water .set aside to drain .
7) add just enough hot water to the prawn paste to achieve a pouring consistently.
8) To serve : place a serving of laksa noodles in the bowl or deep fish top with the little of each of the topping ingredients. ladle very hot laksa gravy over the noodles and toppings .serve with the tablespoon of the prepared prawn paste

The correct way to eat instant noodles without harming our bodies.
- Normally, we cook the instant noodles by putting the noodles into a pot of boiled water or a bowl of hot water, throw in the soup powder and let it cook for 3 mins.
Thông thường chúng ta nấu mì gói bằng cách bỏ mì vào một nồi nước sôi hay một tô nước nóng rồi bỏ
gói bột súp (bột nêm) vào và chờ trong khoảng 3 phút.
- This is the WRONG method of cooking the instant noodles.
Đấy là phương pháp nấu mì sai.
- By doing this, when we actually boil the ingredients in the soup powder, normally with MSG (monosodium glutamate), it will change the molecular structures of the MSG causing it to be toxic.
Bằng cách này, thực tế là khi chúng ta đun sôi các thành phần trong gói bột súp, chủ yếu là bột ngọt, sẽ làm thay đổi các cấu trúc phân tử của bột ngọt sản sinh ra độc tố.
- The other thing that you may or may not realized is that, the noodles are coated with wax and it will take around 4 to 5 days for the body to excrete the wax after you have taken the noodles.
Một điều nữa mà bạn có thể chưa nhận biết được, đó là sợi mì được bao bọc bởi một lớp sáp, sau khi ăn
vào thì phải mất từ 4 đến 5 ngày cơ thể mới bài tiết ra được.
- So the CORRECT method, which you may or may not know, is to cook the noodles this
way:

1. Boil the noodles in a pot with water.

2. Once the noodles is cooked, take out the noodles, and throw away the water which contains wax.

3. Boil another pot of water till boiling and put the noodles into the hot boiling water and then shut the fire.

10. 辣椒仔,切碎。
11. 雞扒,去皮,切去脂肪,切細粒,放碗中。
烹調:
1. 大火在煲內煲滾水400毫升。
2. 水滾,放小棠菜及雞肉。
3. 另一邊,煲滾1鑊水,預備煮麪。
4. 水滾,放麪餅。
5. 加入罐頭湯半罐,攪勻,再滾起,熄火。
6. 麪已煮至軟身,熄火,放碗中。
7. 湯,加入碗內,加入芫荽粒及辣椒粒。
8. 完成,可享用。

Ingredients:

Noodles 2 Nos.
Shanghai white cabbage 4 Nos.
Coriander 1 No.

Mushroom soup 1 can
Preparation:
1. Chicken steak, defrost with tap water.
2. Chicken steak, pour away water after defrost. Season with cooking salt 1 tbsp for 5 minutes to remove unpleasant smells and tastes and add some salty taste to it.
3. Rinse thoroughly and hang dry.
4. Shanghai white cabbage, divide 1 No. into 2 shares. Soak in tap water for 5 minutes.
5. Coriander, cut the root. Rinse thoroughly.
6. Chili, remove seeds, get it rinsed.
7. Shanghai white cabbage, rinse thoroughly. Hang dry.
8. Shanghai white cabbage, divide 1 No. into 2 shares. Cut the cores and get it diced.
9. Coriander, get it diced. Cut the ends in lengths.
10. Chili, chop well.
11. Chicken steak, remove its skin, cut off the fat and get it diced. Put in a bowl.
Steps:
1. Heat up water 400ml at high flame in pot.
2. Put Shanghai white cabbage and chicken after boils up.
3. Boil up a wok of water at high flame on the other side for noodle preparation.
4. Water boils up, put noodles.
5. Put half can of soup, stir well. Wait for boiling up. Turn off fire.
6. Noodles have been cooked well, turn off fire. Put in a bowl.
7. Pour the soup on top of noodles, put coriander and chili cubes on top.
8. Complete. Serve.

▶材料:茄子、紅椒、青椒、洋蔥、薑片、蒜、麵
(不吃五辛可以去洋蔥和蒜頭,多加點青椒~)
① 橄欖油爆香蒜片或蒜泥,加入茄子片翻炒片刻蓋鍋蓋悶約3分鐘。
② 開蓋加鹽巴翻炒,再加入洋蔥翻炒。
③加黑胡椒、白酒(小心加酒火勢會變大)翻炒
④ 加紅椒、醬油翻炒,將炒好的料放到碗中備用。
⑤ 炒鍋中加油炒麵,再加入薑片、青椒、④的備料翻炒。
⑥ 加入鹽巴、辣醬、中濃醬(牛排醬),翻炒後完成起鍋♡

蕃茄雞蛋刀削麪:
材料:
刀削麪2個
大紅茄2個
雞蛋2隻
芫荽1條
處理:
1. 蕃茄,切去椗,十字。
2. 煲滾1煲水,放蕃茄滾1分鐘。
3. 芫荽,切細粒,保留尾部。
4. 蕃茄已滾了1分鐘,倒去滾水,浸凍水,去皮,放碗內。
5. 煲滾1煲水,放麪2個,大約煮3分鐘。
6. 水滾起,冚蓋,轉慢火,煮3~5分鐘。
7. 雞蛋,打入碗內。
8. 預備生粉芡,半茶匙生粉,加入少量水分,攪勻。
烹調:
1. 白鑊,中慢火燒熱鑊,放蕃茄,加入水400毫升。
2. 麪,要煮多2分鐘。
3. 蕃茄煮了2分鐘,加入:
a. 茄汁3湯匙
b. 雞粉半湯匙
c. 糖1茶匙
4. 麪已煮了5分鐘,熄火。
5. 加入生粉芡在蕃茄內。
6. 打勻雞蛋。
7. 熄火,倒蛋漿入蕃茄內。
8. 麪,擎乾水,放碗內。
9. 煮好的蕃茄蛋,倒在碗內的麪上,完成。
10. 放芫荽,可享用。
Eggs sliced noodles with tomatoes:
Ingredients:
Sliced noodles 2 Nos.
Tomatoes (large) 2 Nos.
Eggs 2 Nos.
Coriander 1 No.
Preparation:
1. Tomatoes, remove anchors, cut a cross on skin of tomatoes.
2. Boil up a pot of water, boil tomatoes for 1 minute.
3. Coriander, cut in small cubes. Retain the bottom of it.
4. Tomatoes have been boiled for 1 minute, pour away the water. Soak in cold tap water. Remove the skin and put into a bowl.
5. Boil up a pot of water, put noodles, cook for about 3 minutes.
6. Water boils up. Cover up the pot. Turn to low flame and cook for 3~5 minutes.
7. Eggs, beat into a bowl.
8. Prepare tapioca sauce, get 0.5 tsp tapioca starch with little water. Mix well.
Steps:
1. Heat up the wok with no oil at medium~low flame. Put tomatoes with water 400ml.
2. Noodles, cook for 2 more minutes.
3. Tomatoes have been cooked for 2 minutes, add:
a. Tomato ketchup 3 tbsp
b. Chicken powder 0.5 tbsp
c. Sugar 1 tsp
4. Noodles have been cooked for 5 minutes, turn off fire.
5. Put tapioca sauce into tomatoes.
6. Beat eggs well.
7. Turn off fire. Pour egg syrup into tomatoes.
8. Noodles, have been hung dry, put into a bowl.
9. Pour the tomatoes and eggs on noodles in bowl. Complete.
10. Put coriander on top. Serve.
