Who remembers what gift President 蔡英文 Tsai Ing-wen gave #Paraguay President Marito Abdo Benitez when he visited Taiwan two years ago? That’s right, a very attractive jacket featuring #Taiwan’s flag on the sleeve.
It looks like Abdo is a big fan of the present. He’s worn it out and about during official events and uploaded photos to his Twitter account. He also replied to Tsai’s message, thanking him for promoting Taiwan-Paraguay friendship, saying:
“Thank you President Tsai. The relationship between our countries is strong, and we stand together during the pandemic.”
