This reminds me one of Taiwan's most iconic street food : Deep fried stinky tofu! It often come with pickled cabbage !
And this rainbow kimchi from @kimchiradish just taste so similar. All I need is the Stinky Tofu now!!!

Have you tried Okra before? It also known as "ladies' fingers". (But don't ask why🤣)
There are some many way to eat it, I like to pan-fried it and season with salt and pepper. Or like this picture, I just cook it in boiling water for 1 minute and top with soy sauce paste and fried onion!
I usually buy them from @sainsburys but sure you can find it at most supermarket in the UK.

「洋蔥酥清燙秋葵」
我們家孩子是個奇妙的孩子，他非常愛吃秋葵、甜椒、酪梨，但不太喜歡綠色葉菜！所以秋葵在我們家出現的比例超高！
通常我都會很簡單的用平底鍋略煎，起鍋撒上胡椒鹽。偶爾也會像照片中那樣，用滾水燙個一分鐘，起鍋後淋點醬油膏，撒上一點洋蔥酥。 簡單吃也很美味喔！
