@thepizzaproject.hk is located in Central, offering affordable pizzas. I got the Carbonara Pizza (HKD140) because it seemed interesting and Instagramable. Pancetta and quail egg topped each slice of pizza. The dough was slightly thick, overall was average. Rustica Pizza (HKD95) cheesy overload. If you are a cheese lover, I recommend you order this one but I personally like Carbonara Pizza more. Their tiramisu (HKD65) was the highlight, it tasted so good, creamy, and full of rich flavour! Oops... I forgot to take a picture.
To be honest it's not an enjoyable experience. When we have entered the restaurant the staff mentioned we have 1.5 hours for dining. During the dinner, the staff were rushing us to order and remind us more than 8 times for the leaving time, even we just spent around 40 mins for eating at that time, which made my friends and me so annoying. At this point, no more next time.

Are you thinking about your weekend plans? What about a Damascan Rose Garden (HKD398 for 2 pax) at @shehongkong ? The set includes savouries such as rose gold Har Gao, steamed scallop and vegetable dumplings, spring rolls with crab roe, and mushroom pastry. It also includes some desserts to satisfy your sweet tooth, such as fancy birdnest egg tart bites, strawberry mochi, sweet potato rose jelly, and Koi-shaped coconut split pea pudding in sweet mango pomelo sago. All I need to do now is pick up my chopsticks. TGIF guys!
