このレシピは地瓜粉（タピオカスターチ）使わないレシピなので、市販の材料で作れます。
ポイントは漬けタレと粉の比例を把握すれば、薄くてサクサクの皮になります！😉
お肉叩く時間がない？この漬けタレで、スライス用お肉を漬けたら、簡単にも作れます。卵と合わせてパンに挟んだら、台湾風サンドになります💘🎈
今天的影片有排骨的做法，還有用同樣的醬料醃漬肉片，就能做成 #肉蛋土司喔！
這個食譜的排骨不會用到地瓜粉，是濕粉排骨的作法，吃起來比較薄，粉感也不會這麼重喔！如果想吃脆皮排骨，請在下面留言給我讓我知道喔～🤗
