Video - Bella to Islamic School
Today is Bella’s first day of SRA .
It seems funny without Tasha
They are so used being together
It’s good that they appreciate each other .
Both Sisters are so fond
That shows their true bond
I could sense her sadness
To the brink of madness
You just have to accept as it is
That is how life is ...
You just need to be strong
For the hour is not that long
Do take it with pride
Soon Tasha will be by your side
Daddy loves you Bella
And always remember’ Belajar kerana Allah’
Salam Everyone
Love As Always
PS - The girls afternoon SRA

🌿 Refresh Your Day with a good book, your little fur kid companion & a pampering mask! 🌸
Hailing from the land of beauty - South Korea, @ariul_my comes in 7 types of mask for a 7 days masking routine:
Soothing Monday (Aloe 💦)
Sebum Control Tuesday (Green tea 🍵)
Brightening Wednesday (Lemon 🍋)
Purifying Thursday (Tea tree 🌿)
Hydrating Friday (Bamboo 🎋)
Nourishing Saturday (Avocado 🥑)
Radiance Sunday (Pomegranate ✨)
🌼 I really love the concept because my daily skincare routine is all about catering to the needs of my skin on the day itself for maximum effectiveness. The masks come in a milky type essence, but rest assured they are very lightweight whilst thoroughly hydrating to the skin. I continued my usual skincare routine after this mask & surprisingly my skin was supple & hydrated through the night without any heaviness the next morning. Oh, the packaging is super aesthetic & smart too, calling out all the USPs, making it real easy to choose which suits you.
My favourite part would definitely be Ariul’s focus on harnessing natural ingredients to help relieve stress from modern life, it’s no wonder their 7 Days masks is sold 1 every 8 seconds worldwide! 💕

Why Jesus was Really Crucified on Friday
“For as Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the whale, so will the Son of Man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.” (Matthew 12:40 WEB)
Some people have been saying that Jesus was actually crucified on a Wednesday and not a Friday.
They say this to account for the full 24 hours of three days and three nights of Jesus’ burial which He prophesied Himself.
However, the “Wednesday crucifixion” teaching is wrong. Let’s look at Luke 24:
“One of them, named Cleopas, answered him, “Are you the only stranger in Jerusalem who doesn’t know the things which have happened there in these days?” He said to them, “What things?” They said to him, “The things concerning Jesus, the Nazarene, who was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people; and how the chief priests and our rulers delivered him up to be condemned to death, and crucified him. But we were hoping that it was he who would redeem Israel. Yes, and besides all this, it is now the third day since these things happened.” (Luke 24:18-21 WEB)
On the Sunday (first day of the week) where Jesus resurrected, He spoke to Cleopas and the other disciple on the Road to Emmaus.
They said that that day (Sunday) was “the third day” since Jesus was crucified.
If Jesus was crucified on Wednesday, based on a 24 hour counting system, there would be a gap of more than three full days from Wednesday to Sunday.
How then can we account for the full three days and three nights of Jesus’ burial in the tomb?
In Jewish counting of days, a part of a day is considered as a whole day.
See the Book of Esther for an example.
Esther asked the Jews to fast for her for three days and three nights before she goes to see the king.
““Go, gather together all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me, and neither eat nor drink three days, night or day. I and my maidens will also fast the same way. Then I will go in to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish.” So Mordecai went his way, and did according to all that Esther had commanded him.” (Esther 4:16-17 WEB)
The next chapter, we see Esther going to see the king on the third day, even though 3 full days and nights haven’t passed yet, and yet “the third day” is considered as a full 3 days and 3 nights.
“Now on the third day, Esther put on her royal clothing, and stood in the inner court of the king’s house, next to the king’s house. The king sat on his royal throne in the royal house, next to the entrance of the house.” (Esther 5:1 WEB)
According to the Jewish system of counting days, Jesus was buried for a full three days and three nights. The Jews count their days from evening to morning (Genesis 1:5).
Day 1: Buried on Nisan 14 (Friday) before the Sabbath day started at 6pm (Luke 23:50-56, John 19:42).
Day 2: Jesus in tomb on Nisan 15 (Friday evening and Saturday daytime).
Day 3: Jesus in tomb until He rose before the break of dawn on Nisan 16 (Saturday evening and Sunday morning).
In conclusion: Jesus was really crucified on Friday, buried in the tomb before 6pm on Friday evening and He resurrected on Sunday before the break of dawn.
Through His death, burial and resurrection, Jesus fulfilled the feasts/statutes of the Passover, the Feast of Unleavened Bread, and the Sheaf Offering respectively.
I don’t usually ask people to share my post, but feel free to do so this time to clear up any misunderstandings about the legitimacy of “Good Friday”.

Shaquille O'Neal, the man with four rings, 28,596 career points and scores of nicknames, has finally decided to call it quits, ending one of the most colorful careers in NBA history that will surely culminate with a Hall of Fame induction.
O'Neal, 39, officially announced his retirement Wednesday using the new social media tool Tout, a real-time video messaging service.
"Once a businesman, always a businessman," O'Neal said, smiling. "I am the emperor of the social media network. Why text when you can Tout?"
O'Neal signed a two-year contract with the Boston Celtics last summer but a persistent Achilles injury will prevent him from fulfilling the terms of the deal. O'Neal first injured his right Achilles on Christmas Day and was able to play only in two of the final 35 games of the regular season.
On April 3 against Detroit, O'Neal returned to the court after a two-month absence and scored six points in a spirited 5 minutes and 29 seconds before coming up lame and limping off the floor. Although his injury was listed as a strained calf, O'Neal said it was the Achilles flaring up again.
"I felt like someone had shot me in the back of my leg," he said.
O'Neal did not play again in the regular season. He sat out the New York Knicks playoff series then tried to return in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference semifinals against his old team, the Miami Heat. O'Neal logged 8 1/2 minutes in the 97-81 victory but woke up in considerable pain the next morning. His final game was two days later, when he toiled for three minutes of Game 4 before Celtics coach Doc Rivers pulled him for good.
In the final weeks of the the playoffs, O'Neal, over the objections of team physician Brian McKeon, had "more than five" cortisone shots in his Achilles in an attempt to play against the Heat.
"Doc (McKeon) kept telling me, 'No, no,' but I wanted to play so badly," O'Neal said. "My feeling was, 'If it ruptures, it ruptures.' The Celtics were so good to me I wanted to do everything I could to get back on the court for them."
Throughout his time on the sideline, Shaq said, he continued to do rehab as well as work on the treadmill and the exercise bike. He swam each evening at the Thoreau Club in Concord and shot a number of late-night free throws in at the Lincoln-Sudbury High School gymnasium across the street from his rented Sudbury home. He lost 35 pounds and was "feeling great everywhere except for that one little spot behind my heel."
Shaq said McKeon recommended surgery that would "clean up" the area around the Achilles, but O'Neal revealed the recovery time would be close to nine months.
"I really, really thought about coming back," he said, "but this Achilles is very damaged and if I had it done the recovery would be so long we'd have same outcome as this last year -- everyone sitting around and waiting for me.
"I didn't want to let people down two years in a row. I didn't want to hold Boston hostage again.
"I'm letting everybody know now so Danny (Ainge) and the organization can try to get younger talent. I would love to come back, but they say once the Achilles is damaged it's never the same. I don't want to take that chance."
O'Neal said his final months in Boston included some of the darkest days of his career because "I just hated to let the city of Boston down. I really grew to love the place. Everyone was so welcoming to me and treated me so great. They believed in me and they took care of me, especially the great people of Sudbury. I love that town."
O'Neal also had effusive praise for Rivers, whom, he said, was "one of the best I ever played for."
"I thought Doc was fabulous," O'Neal said. "He stressed 'team' all the time, never wavered on that. He kept everyone together. He's an amazing coach. I want to congratulate him on his five years (extension).
"He deserves it. He loves the organization, loves the players, and we all love him back."
O'Neal is acutely aware the Celtics posted a record of 21-4 when he was able to play 20 or more minutes this season. The chemistry he shared with the Big Three (Kevin Garnett, Paul Pierce and Ray Allen) and Rajon Rondo, he said, will be an enduring memory, leaving him to wonder what would have happened had he stayed healthy.
"We were supposed to win this year but 'supposed' doesn't count," he said. "The path was there for us. All the so-called super powers were gone -- LA, San Antonio. I really feel if I was on the court we would have done it, but I don't believe in 'ifs.' "
O'Neal said he wasn't prepared yet to reminisce about his long and prolific career, which produced three championships with the Lakers and one with the Heat. "Let's save that for the press conference on Friday," said O'Neal, who will hold that media event at his Isleworth home.

After a drawn-out recruitment by the Memphis Grizzlies, Iverson finally confirmed Wednesday morning that he is indeed ready to sign with them, announcing via his Twitter feed: "God Chose Memphis as the place that I will continue my career."
Referring to a Monday meeting with Grizzlies owner Michael Heisley, general manager Chris Wallace and head coach Lionel Hollins, Iverson added: "I feel that they are committed to developing a winner and I know that I can help them to accomplish that. I feel that I can trust them."
The Grizzlies are believed to be offering Iverson a one-year deal worth $3.5 million, which is far less than the nearly $21 million he earned last season in Denver and Detroit but more than anyone else was prepared to pay the 34-year-old.
At Heisley's behest, Memphis has been pursuing Iverson since July, ignoring concerns about his willingness to accept a reserve role or his ability to co-exist in the same offense with Mayo, Gay and Randolph because of Iverson's presumed ability to generate interest and sell tickets. The Grizzlies, throughout Heisley's ownership, have languished in the shadow of the Memphis Tigers' many successes in the collegiate game.
Grizzlies officials have yet to formally announce the signing but have made it clear since last week that they have merely been waiting for Iverson to take their offer.
In a radio interview Tuesday with WHBQ-AM in Memphis, Wallace sounded hopeful about Iverson ultimately joining the team, saying: "We had a very productive meeting yesterday where both sides got to know each other and what our expectations were. We got to hear Allen out, he got to hear us out and I thought it went pretty well."
Asked specifically about Iverson's well-known aversion to coming off the bench, Wallace said: "He indicated to us that he just wants to come in and help a team out, to get better, to win, and he'll shine during that process. I think Allen Iverson is going to be very fine with whatever role he would end up fulfilling here in Memphis. ... He knows where we're coming from, we know where he's coming from and I think if he comes here it's going to be a very productive marriage."
Monday's sitdown in Atlanta was the first face-to-face contact between Iverson and Grizzlies officials since the process began, with Memphis negotiating to this point primarily with Leon Rose, Iverson's agent.
Iverson has spent much of the past two months hoping that a firm offer would materialize from the Miami Heat, New York Knicks or Charlotte Bobcats, with the latter presenting the possibility of a reunion with former coach Larry Brown. But Iverson was ultimately forced to concede that only the Grizzlies had the financial flexibility and definite interest to pay him more than a minimum salary after his nightmarish stint with the Pistons.
Iverson played in only 57 games last season after being dealt by Denver to Detroit less than a week into the season and averaged a career-low 17.5 points, hampered by a back injury and his open struggles to cope with coming off the bench for the first time in his career. He would end up leaving the Pistons in April by mutual agreement before the playoffs.
But Iverson has insisted in recent days that he is amenable to whatever the Grizzlies have in mind for him as well as the steep drop from last season's salary, writing via Twitter: "Memphis is a place that I would love to play. The Grizzlies have good young players with a great upside. I love the city of Memphis, too.
"I would lead by example," Iverson wrote.
With Mayo at the same position, Mike Conley returning at point guard and Randolph's arrival over the summer, bringing in Iverson would appear to run counter to the Grizzlies' previous intent to develop a group of youngsters which also includes center Marc Gasol and No. 2 overall draft pick Hasheem Thabeet.
Yet in a July interview with ESPN.com, Heisley disputed suggestions that signing Iverson -- the sort of drawing card that the Grizzlies have never had in an eight-season run in Memphis marked by notoriously low attendance figures -- was dangerous or purely motivated by the prospect of ticket sales.
"What appeals to me?" Heisley said, repeating the question. "He's one of the greatest players in the last 10 years in the NBA."
In an interview Wednesday with NBA.com, Heisley said: "He told us he was very interested in playing with the young team we've assembled. He thought he could help us win and he was looking forward to helping the young players, and helping them to develop. Frankly, I'm ecstatic to have him.
"I don't buy into all of the stuff that's gone on. I'm not saying none of it happened. Some of it did ... but I know Allen is an excellent player. He's going to the Hall of Fame. ... The city of Memphis is going to be ecstatic to have him. We've never had a Hall of Famer, a guy of Allen's stature playing in Memphis. I feel Allen is going to be outstanding for us."
