So there’s this craze for the latest weeping tiger meat .. well honestly it’s not tiger meat but a part of the cow .. heheheh it’s been totally famous in Thailand .. now there’s a ready made version where you leave the marination to the experts .. you just need to pop it in the air fryer , grill or oven .. I realised it’s pretty tasty with my fav Petai sambal .. so here’s my recipe .. oh by the way if your craving a bit of Thailand’s weeping tiger .. give my friends a message drop :)
