參加咗 Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année 2008年發佈會，同香港酒評人協會一齊參與，試咗La Grande Année 2008年嘅Magnum瓶（1.5L)及正常瓶（0.75L)作比較，其實兩支都仲好新鲜，不過Magnum確係再fresh d。此香檳十分優雅細緻，帶白花、烤烘、牛油麵包、白桃、檸檬、礦物、蜜糖等，十分有層次。配上小龍蝦刺身及鵪鶉 ，帶出更複雜嘅酒香。2008年係好年份，喜歡香檳嘅你可以考慮入貨。🥰🥂🍾
Attended Champagne Bollinger La Grande Année 2008 launch & glad to attend with Hong Kong Wine & Spirits Writers Association. Tried La Grande Année 2008 Magnum (1.5L) & regular bottle (0.75L) for comparison. They r both fresh & tasty, but Magnum is really even more fresh. The champagne is elegant & delicate, with white flowers, toasty, brioche, white peach, lemon, mineral & honey notes. It’s very complex. The complexity of the champagne elevates more when it’s matched with langoustine carpaccio & roasted quail. 2008 is a good vintage, don’t hesitate to stock up some bottles if u like champagne! 🥰🥂🍾
