By the time I got home from work, the family already started, so pardon the state of the dining table. Today is fishball enoki mushroom soup, grilled chicken thighs, fried wantons, and lotsa veggies.

Dinner for Day 111 of #postcircuitbreaker Phase 2.

Corn/carrot/potato soup, grilled chicken thighs, and lotsa veggies. Veggie of note: Brazilian pumpkin. All the food was bought fresh today at the wet market. (Isaac was having online CCA so he ate later.) Brown rice returns to the menu too.

2 pieces Chicken Thigh
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
10g Ginger (crushed)
1 stalk Lemongrass (finely minced)

2 tbsp Fish sauce
½ tsp Salt
1 tbsp Brown sugar
Juice from 1 lime

½ tbsp Sugar
½ tsp Five spice powder
½ tsp White pepper powder

[Mala Roast Chicken Thigh]
2 pieces Chicken Thigh
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
10g Ginger (crushed)
2 tbsp Mala paste
1 tsp Black vinegar
1 tbsp Hua Tiao Wine
½ tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
