Apart from maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I can’t stress enough the importance of annual health screening. We have been doing this every year since we started working, plus there is a rm500 income tax relief!

This year, we got it done at Sunway Medical Centre. We were impressed by the efficiency and flow of the whole health screening process - all the checks and examinations were done inside the wellness centre (no running up and down). We went in at 8am, enjoyed our breakfast at Starbucks using the complimentary refreshment voucher at 930am, collected our report together with doctor’s consultation at 10.30am and by 11am we were home!
