Let me share my personal favorite smoothie with you guys! Full of protein and energy! 🍌
Recipe is here ↙
✅Banana - 1
✅Light Greek yogurt - 3 tbs (approx 2-3 g protein)
✅Chia seeds - 1 tbs ( each tbs contains 3.1g protein, 6g fiber, 3g Omega 3)
✅Chocolate protein powder - 1 scoop (23.1g of protein)
✅Peanut butter - 1 tbs ( 2.5g protein)
✅Milk - 250 ml (8.8 g protein)
(according to the nutrition info in each ingredient)
🍌This smoothie contains approximately 38 gram of protein!
Plus lots of good nutrients in there 🙌 I know the cal might be high but I do my workout, I burn my calories so why stress about it? 😄
I will try out more healthy smoothie and share with you guys!

An hour in the morning is worth two in the evening No matter how busy busy are you in the morning, this "Banana Smoothie Bowl" 🍌 🥣 only takes 5 mins. Mix in@sogoodau low-sugar almond milk, banana, and your favourite fruits. Low cal and super healthy. My favourite combo is to use chocolate flavoured almond milk because it's a nofail match with banana!

I love Kickstarting the day by consuming a range of nutrients. When your body has sufficient nutrients, you will get a healthy glow and a surge of energy throughout the day. Not to mention, if your body is physically healthy, your brain will be healthy producing balanced chemicals making you feel happier, and more clear headed as well. This is why I enjoy my healthy nutritious shakes everyday. That being said, drinking this is not a replacement, to remain healthily you may choose to consume fresh fruit, veggies, and a nutritious meals throughout the day! What is fun about making your own healthy shake is that there are so many mixes the options are endless for different results! You can choose to use powders or fresh fruits and vegetables.
In this video I shared my daily super smoothie for beauty and energy, antioxidant rich beauty smoothie, delicious chocolate banana smoothie, and super green nutritious smoothie.
