#hengdraw: I’ve wondered how the TOYSREVIL MASCOT would look like as a “16 year old teenager”? When I first started the blog in 2005 and subsequently doodled up a character mascot, I didn’t really imagine he’d have “grown up” to be teenager, turning sixteen this Friday Feb19...! I still have an image of him as a “toddler” (2 or 3?), and in a blink of an eye, dude’s gone grown up and turned angsty - just like I was at that age LOL

#hengdraw: Searching thru my #toysrevilart sketch-blog I found these oldies from 2007 ... #KAWS X #StarWars!

I was in my third year of blogging in ‘07, and reeeeeally wanting KAWS Companions (never did sate my toy-desires tho), and coming in grips with openly sharing my love for the space opera with likeminded folks around the world, and enjoying myself geeking out over my passions on the #TOYSREVIL-blog - my gateway and escape, my sanctuary when shit rained on me, a place where it allowed myself to dream and imagine ... TOYSREVIL Turns 16 this Friday, Feb19th.

My sketch-video meant for BATMAN DAY 2021, with the plan to doodle THREE Ways/Different Versions of my interpretation of the Dark Knight Detective!

This was first filmed on Instagram Live (Watchable here on IGTV: https://www.instagram.com/p/CT_fqvXJErt/), with alas the beginning part of the video unsavable and un-uploadable, so this is the rest of me rambling on for close to 30-minutes! Thank you for your indulgence :)

Shown here are the "raw" drawn images I had used for a #TOYSREVILART #CollARTbo Series in 2011, whereby I drew one-side (either left or right), while participating drew the opposite side, and the results of which would be photoshopped together, to create a single "collaborative" image (See some examples on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/p/BkkeFQ_gXHp/).

I attempted to restart the project in 2015, to disappointingly zero response, and decided since not to carry on with this.

And with the multiple #lockdownartcollabo sketch-challenges on social media, has left me with find feelings for this project, and I'd decided to video-archive it, along with posting individual images on my Insta:
