This year I'm unable to get my usual bakchang from Penang as the delivery cost just went ape-shit. RM100 delivery fee for a small box of 30-40 chang. How to buy/sell? 🤨
So yea, the craving is real. I've bought a few recently from "homemakers" but nope, not to my taste.
Ah well.. a BAKCHANG burger would be interesting.... 😁

For those who are fans of Thai recipes, here is a variation for you that can be whipped up for you homemakers under 30 minutes (yes to time savings!)
We used the DoDo oriental steamboat assortment, consisting of various steamboat favourites - added with silced tomatoes. Season the dish and finish off with kaffir lime leaves, and you’re ready to go. Add freshly squeezed lime juice based on your serving preference, and prepare fluffy hot rice to go with this one pot wonder!

Hi! My name is ochikeron. Please call me ochi!
I have been working at a trading company for 7 years but after the huge quake in Miyagi, I thought it's end of Japan (and I think many people did thought in the same way...) So, I quit my job and I simply thought I want to use my time to share Japanese cooking which is the most thing I can do for myself and for my country at this moment. I believe Japanese dishes are amazingly healthy and delicious and people have to try out at home! And maybe your interest in Japan (consuming Japanese products?!) would help restore Japan after many many years!
So, for a few years, I shared my ideas of Japanese home-cooked meals through my blog but now I decided to share them through my Create Eat Happy channel, which I think is more interesting and easier to understand.
BTW, I'm new to speaking English online and editing how to videos, so please bear with me until I improve!
