I was definitely overweight and pay little to no attention to myself. Carrying all that body fat, going through depression, feeling worthless, hating myself and feeling so unattractive. I tried all the diet supplements I come across - from detox, slimming pill, slimming tea, waist shaper. I did lost some weight only to regained back all the pounds when I was pregnant with my second child.
A year after my second turn 1, depression hit me again, this time it was even worst. I lost part of myself, so unhappy and wrecked, I wanted to end my life. When I looked at my two beautiful babies, I asked myself how can I be a good role model when I can’t even take care of myself. My love for my kids is what keeps me going, and I owed them my life. I decided to take control, only this time I choose a different approach, I turn to fitness which I always enjoyed doing since I was young. One thing lead to another not only I got my shape back it was even better, it changed my life forever, I became the best version of myself. I felt so confident, empowering and complete.
I decided to take fitness into another level, I wanted to become an athlete. One year later I competed in Singapore and become part of IFBB Malaysia athlete, and turning my career to be a fitness coach to help others, because it brings me joy. I enjoyed this journey, everything about it the good and bad, I was consumed by it. I love and live for this sports. My plan is to continuously progressing and to inspire others especially women, to know and understand that when you hit rock bottom and life slap you in face, you get up and keep going. Be the change you wanna be. Take control of your life.
