2. Respond to a random comment with❤️
or encourage someone in your own special way.
Let someone know they’re not alone, and
allow the conversations to flow from there.
The #hugparty starts now! Let’s go!
******************************************
Because of so many compounded health issues,
waking up in pain became a norm for >10yrs.
When things intensified last year, I found myself
in-and-out of different medical institutions.
Yet even after countless needles & procedures,
I was still left with a lot of unanswered questions.
As a workaholic who found fulfilment in productivity,
enforcing the decision to take a step back from the
creative industry/stagework in 2019 was counterintuitive.
But what appeared to be a major pay-cut, turned out
to be one of the best decisions I made for my body.
After fulfilling our final Client commitments,
2020 opened with a new sense of hope.
1. I chanced upon an extraordinary doctor who’s instrumental to my current journey of recovery.
2. I now sleep! (previously “𝘯𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘦𝘥” 1.5-4hrs/night lol)
3. I’ve discovered so many remarkable things about the human body & how making the right lifestyle choices can help us better achieve our #health/#fitnessgoals (𝘤𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘪𝘵 𝘵𝘰 𝘴𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘮𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘮𝘺 𝘧𝘶𝘯 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘺𝘰𝘶)
While there were other ongoing challenges in 2020,
I have all these extra things to be grateful for.
By continuously expanding my growing
“𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙗𝙚 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙮” 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭, I am reminded of
so many excuses to start each new 24hrs with a smile.
In your respective character-refining moments,
I hope you’ll discover the same too!
𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐲 (on yr phone) for the lowest of days.
Healing takes time & consistent effort.
𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙬𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙘𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙜𝙤. 𝘽𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙 𝙝𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙩𝙨.
