2020 is about moments that brought us to where we are!

There were once three sisters 💖💖💖who shared the same room, the same clothes, the same thoughts at the same moment. Me, being the eldest sister walked ahead of the younger so the younger ones always knew where to go.

When I was nine, I cooked egg congee and flavoured it with some light soya sauce for my sisters. The younger one (Race) would say: It’s so yummy! Please cook it again tomorrow.” I would feed my youngest sister the congee and she seemed to love it as she ate it so quickly. Normally she would chomp down her meal using three times the amount of time. I took my sisters cycling in the middle of the night when our parents were asleep. We felt free, like three seagulls soaring over the sea. Till date, my parents still didn’t know about it. We would save up all our red packets money, went to ToyRUs and picked a doll which we all loved and we would share it. That doll we picked was cubby one. It had long fine blond hair that would change colours using the brush provided when we put ice in it. We took turns to brush the doll hair and our whole world filled with colours.

No matter how many years passed or how much responsibility each assumed, we still managed to bicker like bitchy teenagers because we sisters loved each other enough to say anything.

We are thankful to have each other. In calm or stormy weather; To cheer one on the tedious way, To fetch one if one goes astray; To lift one if one totters down; To strengthen whilst one stands.
