{Taiwan with Kids} 北投亞太飯店 Asia Pacific Hotel Beitou
Rather than staying in the city we decided we could immense into an out of the world experience by heading into the mountainous area at Bei Tou. It doesn’t always have to be rushing through time for vacations, taking some time off to just relax and glaze at the passing clouds or watching birds fly freely above the tall trees and feeling the wind breezing against your face without any urban city’s gas fueling around seems to be the best decision we ever made during this Taiwan trip.
Our hot-springs pool came with 3 choices - White Sulfur Hot spring water, cold spring water and normal hot spring water - known to improve the skin conditions, clear the lung and release stress. It’s our way of a well-deserved break.. without forgetting to engaged the kids, there’s a level where Taiwan’s first hotel VR gaming experience is located at, there are DIY classes and an AR room when the little ones learn about the underwater world creatures. To add in the fun, any drawings done by the kids can be scan and put up to the wall of AR (similar to MOSH! In Singapore) to be floated around with the rest of the sea creatures.
However you really got to save up before you come here for a night (TW28,900 translate to about $1k) but definitely worth it.
